الموقع ممتاز فقط
Just good location

Cons:

1- الفندق فعمارة و مفيش اي حاجه تدل عليه
2- الموظفين يسيبوك تايه ساعتين و محدش فكر ينزلي الا بعد ساعتين تايه
3- المياه قطعت يوم كامل و كان في فندق بديل معرضوش غير لما طلبت استرد قلوسي و امشي
4- التعامل فالفندق التاني كانك بتشحت منهم مش نازل بفلوسك الوظف كلم استقبال الفندق التاني قاله الناس جيينلك ساب الاستقبال و كشي و فضيلنا ساعه منتظرين نكلم فندقنا يقول انتظروا شويه
5- لا مبالاه من الموظفين لدرجه تحرق الدم
في النهايه
الفندق نظيف و موقع ممتاز بس اخدم نفسك بنفسك و دبر حالك و متنتظرش خدمه او اي مساعده من حد ختي لو بتغرق حيبصلك و يضحك،
تجربه لن تتكرر
1. The hotel is located inside a building, with absolutely no clear signs indicating that there is a hotel there.

2. The staff left me completely lost for two hours, and no one even thought to come down and help me until after I had been wandering around for two hours.

3. The water was cut off for an entire day. There was an alternative hotel available, but they only offered it after I asked for a refund and told them I wanted to leave.

4. The treatment at the second hotel made me feel like I was begging for a favor rather than being a paying guest. The employee called the reception at the other hotel and simply told them, “The guests are coming to you,” then left the reception. We waited for an hour, while the hotel staff kept telling us to wait a little longer.

5. The staff showed an unbelievable level of indifference. Their lack of concern was extremely frustrating.

In the end:

The hotel is clean and has an excellent location, but you have to help yourself and figure everything out on your own. Don't expect any service or assistance from the staff. Even if you were drowning, they would probably just look at you and laugh.

An experience I will definitely not repeat.

The nice hotel with great staff
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Especially the staff. We arrived at 08:00 and one day before I asked for early check in at least for one room. They prepared both of rooms. When you write to them they responded immediately.
