Pros:

The outdoor restaurants, the vibe, the live music in the amphitheatre, the live bbq cherry on top. The location however takes the cake.

Cons:

The pre arrival communication wasnt great as i couldnt get to the room reservation, i would be on hold for several minutes and i tried many days as i had some questions. Breakfast wasn’t well managed, the food information at breakfast buffet was missing didnt know what i was serving myself. Overall staff was good but the valet was a little rude.

Pros:

The location was excellent. Breakfast was good but very busy.

Cons:

The hotel was too crowded and children were running along the corridors up till 1am, i called the reception 3 time and didn't answer the phone. I called room service and they put me through to reception which didn't answer the phone.

Pros:

The location and the structure of the hotel

Cons:

The arrogance and attitude of the entire hotel staff including floor managers. The fake fame they are marketing and in reality they don't care at all how the in-house guests are suffering because of their poor customer service

There was maintenance work taking place at the hotel, and the workers were carrying out repairs throughout the night, using hammers and other tools, which made it impossible to rest. I asked them to stop, but they ignored my request. I also raised the issue with the hotel management, but they did not take my complaint seriously or make any effort to resolve it. Overall, my stay was extremely disappointing due to the constant noise and lack of concern from the staff.

Pros:

Everything was good, not excellent. They need to upgrade the property with renovation.

Cons:

Balcony was ugly. Pillows were very uncomfortable. No welcome drink or perks upon arrival even though I paid premium price for executive suite.
