Una muy buena ubicación y el personal muy atento y presto a solventar cualquier duda
Baños es bonito y tiene muchas actividades.
Nosotros las hicimos todas a través del hotel. Son todos muy majos y en todo momento están pendientes de los clientes.
El jacuzzi no pudimos usarlo porque mi marido estaba resfriado y no le apetecía, una pena 😔
Que me dijese uno de los chicos de recepción que podía ir con zapatillas deportivas a la excursión de un día a la selva cuando le dije que tenía botas de trequing
que no dejan pasar el agua. Le hice caso y fui todo el día con los pies mojados y lo peor eran las piedras, ramas y hojas que te hacen escurrirte. Si vuelvo no haré caso a nadie y me pondré mis botas jajaja jajaja

La amabilidad es excelente, las habitaciones muy confortables. La ubicación dell hotel está en pleno centro, hemos tenido mucha facilidad para trasladarnos y disfrutar de los tours. La hospitalidad del personal muy cordial, me hicieron sentir como estuviera en casa. Gracias por recibirnos con una sonrisa de amabilidad. Soy de Guayaquil, he venido con mi hijo, esposo , nos encantó. Volvería elegir al Hotel Elvita Spa. Nuevamente.
No tengo nada que decir porque todo ha sido perfecto 💯.
