Friendly staff
Found Nasty stain on one of the towels made it feel used.
Staff (particularly the front of house female manager) were excellent. Room was gorgeous.

Great location, lovely atmosphere, nice food, loved the handwritten note and sweet treats in the bedroom, bedroom was wonderfully decorated and equipped
1) vegetarian breakfast option was very limited, not even veggie sausages
2) lovely big room, but small bed, there was plenty of room to have a bigger bed
