The charm of the building and welcoming staff.
The breakfast was slow being bought out and the poached eggs were cold. It looked as though they had been cooked sometime before and not fresh.
Well appointed room. Comfy bed. Good shower. Mini fridge in room with complimentary water. Welcome macaroons and other small cakes on arrival. Kettle and coffee machine with real milk. We had a nice meal in the pub restaurant on our first night
Hotel side of building was separated by doors that could only be opened with a key card one received on arrival. I may not have read the parking signs correctly, but I put my registration in the first tablet I came to. That was inside the pub because you couldn’t enter the hotel without a key card. There was a separate tablet to register your car in the hotel side, but I did not think to re register. It was only the next day, that I read the car park sign and realised my mistake. Staff were very helpful and registered my car as a hotel guest, but I can anticipate a parking charge. Hopefully they will sort that out for me too.

Fantastic location. The building itself was ever so impressive, exquisite decor throughout and comfy beds. The room was impeccable, exactly what was on the photo without any nasty surprises . Couldn’t have asked for a cleaner room , slept very soundly indeed.
Hard to describe this one but the staff came across more as fantastic pub staff than hotel staff it felt , so the welcome and checkout was ever so slightly abrupt. I think a little bit more of a welcome and a bit of a chat around what we thought of the experience would have gone a long way ..
That said, they were truly lovely people though , especially the waitress we had
The breakfast was fine, but only one small cup of coffee included in the price was insufficient and a rip off.
Milk in the room was off.
No electric car charger at the hotel.
The location and the bedrooms had aircon
The toilet in the bathroom was very close to the door. Bathroom didn’t appear to have ventilation so was very hot, even when we were only having cold showers due to the heatwave.
The hotel is beautiful and in a lovely location. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my disability in many ways, and were also so helpful in things such as explaining how best to get back to the hotel after an event at Tottenham Stadium. I’d highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it!
Absolutely nothing, it was all wonderful.
Friendly staff, nicely decorated bedroom, lovely building. Tea and coffee making facilities were good and with actual milk, don't usually get thst anywhere. Air con was very much appreciated, with it being 30 degrees outside. We would certainly stay again.
Free on site parking helped a lot.
Room was quite small, we had a comfy room. Nicely laid out but just one narrow space between end of the bed and bathroom wall, but its an old building.
Situated in a very quiet area of east London. A quaint inn with beautiful decor. The room was spacious and well set out.
I wish I could have stayed longer.
The staff welcomed us really nicely. Our room was really comfortable and lovely, they even gave us a little selection of chocolates in our room. Great shower!

Beautiful hotel, great parking, lovely staff. The room was beautifully decorated, had a good Aircon and a nice bathroom with a brilliant shower. I was at the front of the hotel but it was still very quiet at night.
Quite a long walk to my room, might be an issue for others.
