The location, spa, staff, amenities, room, and food were amazing.
The parking was a bit far, but there is an area out front to drop off/pick up bags and fellow travelers.
Large room. Very pretty. Close to shopping
Parking is very difficult. AC turned off at night and you can’t turn it back on.
Super Lage, Gutes Frühstück, altes ansprechendes Gebäude.
Fotos gut, zeigen aber nicht die Zimmer
Schlechte Zimmer, zu kleine WC, Fenster in verdreckten Lichtschacht,
If you’re young and feel like staying up until 2am and having a place to stumble home to it’s probably ok, for a mature person this is not a good location
Very noisy as the location is right above street bars that are very noisy until wee hours of the morning. Also parking is a nightmare and there is no valet option, choose somewhere else with parking
Decor and history. Staff are very good
No window view in our room.
Lovely hotel , great location
After realising an anniversary card had been left in room , a staff member went to our room without our knowledge and I met him in the room , very odd
Beautiful hotel. Nice rooms and great location. Staff went above and beyond. The bar was nice and the staff very friendly. Loved the hotel.
Everything was great.
Classy hotel. Great staff.
Parking. Some distance away. Difficulty in accessing drop off area.
Welcoming staff. Wonderful location. Beautiful downstairs
Very noisy room with outside noise. Shower cubicle needed updated
It is beautiful and located in the heart of Cork.
A beautiful hotel that exudes history. Stunning entrance, historic style, old, neat, and clean. Good cuisine in the restaurant, stylish bar, and beautiful tearoom. The location is close to shops, nightlife, and a public transport hub. Friendly, helpful staff.
The room description promised a view of the courtyard; this turned out to be the messy roof of an office building. This triple room had a wardrobe that was too small for one person staying longer than one night. The beds were too short, at least for someone over 1.90m tall. The hotel has taken to heart points for improvement, such as the towel hooks and the defective thermostatic tap. The hotel also clearly expressed how sorry they were that we had such negative experiences with the room. Especially given the friendly handling of the matter, I am sorry to have to provide this description, but it is the truth; it is our experience.
Lovely place but the food and the bed situation were very poor and staff not great there needs to be something done about this cause the reviews are lies
Food and bed arrangements
Beautiful old restored building
When it rained there was dripping out the window that never quit
