Location and breakfast were great!

Cons:

This is a very old hotel. Our room was on a slant with one end being significantly higher than the other and the feeling of walking uphill to the other side of the room. Also we were not able to control our heat from the room which was very odd and frustrating. We had to call the front desk to turn on the heat-couldn’t specify temperature or anything and then had to call again when you wanted it turned off. This was not convenient at all.

Pros:

The reception experience was good with friendly staff. Parking was very far away, though. The room was lovely, fresh and clean, with a nice welcome birthday plate for my husband. We did not eat in the hotel, although we did have a drink in the bar. It was disappointing to pay 15 for a glass of wine. Overall, a lovely and enjoyable staff.

Great location. Close to everything. Staff was great. Wish we could have spent more than one night. Absolutely loved it. Definitely would stay again.
