La amabilidad de la recepcionista .
La habitación estaba muy bien, excepto que al estar separado el WC del baño, el primero era muy pequeño.

Cons:

El tener que dejar un depósito de 100€ bloqueado en la tarjeta , a pesar de tener ya pagada la habitación.

En el desayuno no había leche caliente, sólo fría. El pan del desayuno también es claramente mejorable.

We enjoyed our stay very much, a wonderful hotel and staff
Pros:

We loved this hotel in Brest, tucked away it seemed in a very quiet street , unassuming on the outside and yet full of amazing staff and beautifully decorated and welcoming
As others have mentioned the whole staff is superb, nothing was too much trouble, gave us tips on sightseeing, advice on best parking , so helpful and friendly
Our room happened to be beside the lift , always a worry for me, but the corridors , with softly playing music , were SO quiet, and inside our room we could not hear a thing
The room was lovely , excellent bed and linen , and window that opened! Bliss
We ordered dinner one night and it was first class
We would return anytime in Brest and highly recommend it
