自分へのご褒美大成功
Pros:

スタッフの皆様全員が各場面で声をかけていただいたり、お掃除をして下さっている方が、私がチェックアウトで荷物を持っているのを見て、掃除が忙しい中先んじてエレベーターのボタンを押して下さっていたり、朝食のスタッフの方が優しく声をかけて下さったりと、人として最高でした。

Cultural sites a plenty.
Pros:

Closeness to Komeda coffee. Brilliant for breakfast. Buy a coffee and get egg and toast for free. Supermarket less than 5 minutes away downstairs from McDonalds.

駅近移動に便利です。
Pros:

スタッフの対応が親切で良かったです。駅から近いのと目的地にも近かったのでロケーションは満足でした。ホテル全体は清潔感とラグジュアリー感があって良かったです。

Cons:

テーブルの角にホコリがたまっていたので、ドライヤーにもホコリがついていました。その他を綺麗にされていても少しの掃除の不行き届きのせいで「ここは大丈夫？」と疑ってしまう所が少し残念でした。以前に浜松の同ホテルに宿泊した際にとても良かったのでちょっと残念でした。

スタッフの皆さんとても丁寧でした
一人で初めての宿泊で不安でしたが、優しく丁寧に対応してくれました！
１階エレベーターはルームキーがないと動かせないのでセキュリティ面もしっかりしていたと思います
また、泊まりたいと思いました
