Pros:

We liked the renovated rooms and lobby area.

Cons:

Wish our fan/ac unit worked better it was always warm in the room. When we woke up in the morning the ac unit was leaking water onto the floor.

Pros:

Staff was great and helpful. Room was fine although the beds were too soft for my taste. Location was great for my walking around in the city.

Cons:

The beds were too soft for me. I was surprised there was no restaurant or breakfast service. Also there is no hotel parking.

Nice place, shame about the noisy neighbours
Pros:

Was a pleasant stay, staff were friendly and it was clean.

Cons:

Did not like that there was only plugs on one side of the bed.
Had to get up 4 times to noisy neighbours who woke my 2 year old with their music at 2 in the morning.

The staff was very friendly. And they tried to be very helpful. But the overall experience was kind of rough.

Cons:

Parking is a nightmare. Very expensive. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. There's a lot of dust and dirt on the floors. The curtain didn't close all the way in the room. None of the ice makers worked. There were no other amenities to relax and enjoy yourself other than a bar. It was a lot of smoking in the room next to us. And a lot of drunk people being really loud in the hallway.
