Great location. Ample capsule.

Cons:

The fan was noisy and didn't cool the room enough.
The bathroom was small for the number of capsules as there where a few showers closed so showering was a bit of a hassle.

Convenient for a few days
Pros:

Great location, self check in, very clean common areas which is not that easy to find

Cons:

A room with so many people arriving at once can become a bit smelly. The staff made good efforts anyway to ventilate.

Estaba muy limpio

Cons:

No me gusto que al llegar tardaron en darme el código de acceso a la cápsula porque no me llegaba el mensaje, cuando había una persona ahí en recepción, le tuve que insistir varias veces!! Un poco desorganizado el check in
Además en la cápsula se escucha TODO lo que pasa fuera y en las demás!!

Plenty of potential, hopefully will improve more over time
Pros:

Very clean hostel, which smelled great and had nice aesthetic. Capsule was bigger than some of the others I’ve stayed in; the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room between the bed and the door to feel less claustrophobic. There was also ample storage and organisation, with the drawer underneath the capsule able to fit both my suitcase and backpack. There were also storage shelves outside for shoes and a towel rack.

The downstairs bathrooms were large and felt more private than other hostels I’ve been to and were very clean, and the showers had soap dispensers as well as a rack to store your own toiletries, these small details were well thought out and appreciated . Very central location as well, just a short walk from Callao, Gran Via and Plaza de España areas.

Cons:

I would mirror what the other critical reviews have said on here. While I appreciate that this place is new and will require time to implement (eg shower floors flooding), other areas for improvement can be resolved much faster. For example the staff could enforce the rules a lot more. There were a lot of people not respecting the rules to be quiet in the capsule area but nobody came in to reprimand them. This resulted in other guests periodically telling them to be quiet, until another new group comes along and does the same. This is not ideal if you have an early flight the next day like I did. Another quick win would be to install a lock in the upstairs bathroom

Overall this place has a lot of great potential and I think this place will improve even more over time, it just needs to iron out some of the ongoing issues first

Excelente opção no coração de Madrid
Pros:

A capsula extremamente espaçosa, literalmente uma cama de casal. Muitas opções de chuveiro (então não precisamos ficar esperando) além do que o espaço de armazenamento dentro o hostel é muito bom. Limpo, organizado e o wfi funciona muito bem. A localização excelente, perto de metro, perto da Gran Vía, no coração central de Madrid, perto do centro histórico também. Ótimas opções ao redor para comer e beber.

Cons:

Um dos dias minha capsula ficou muito pouco ventilada e precisei ligar o ventilador interno da capsula (um pouco barulhento). No andar tinha apenas um banheiro, o que obrigaria a descer para o subsolo caso quisesse usar o banheiro. Não gostei de ter que pagar para deixar as coisas no hostel, uma pratica que se torna cada vez mais comum, porém não deveria ser.

Limpio pero es difícil descansar bien si tienes el sueño ligero.

Excelente estadía
Pros:

Pasamos solo una noche por ahí con un amigo. Nos pareció muy lindo el lugar, las instalaciones, la cápsula también. La zona está perfecta. Si tuviera que volver lo elegiría nuevamente.
