Pros:

El personal, la limpieza y la ubicación

Cons:

No hay aire acondicionado en las cápsulas sino un extractor con mucho ruido. Hay que dormir con la puerta abierta para que entre el aire. El precio por lo que es un poco caro.

El hotel está en muy buen sitio, cerca del centro.
Muy simpática la chica que trabaja en recepción
Todo limpisimo y comodo y de hecho ya es la segunda vez que me alojó aquí

Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko centrum. Łazienki były czyste i zadbane.

Cons:

Kapsuły nie są dobrze wygłuszone, dlatego przez całą noc słychać osoby wracające do hostelu. Szkoda również, że w cenie pobytu nie są zapewnione ręczniki ani kłódki do szafek. Bez własnej kłódki nie ma możliwości bezpiecznego schowania bagażu.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this capsule hotel. My husband and I stayed here together, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The only thing we didn’t like was that towels had to be paid for separately. It would have been much more convenient if they had been included in the price.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Que haya que pagar un alquiler por usar toallas, cosa que a mí parecer debería de estar disponible de forma gratuita para todos. Además tampoco me gustó que escribiesemos a recepción tanto por Booking como por WhatsApp preguntando por toallas y no nos atendiese en toda la tarde (nunca hubo respuesta); por la noche llamé y me respondió de malas formas.
