Important information:

On Saturdays, the check in is from 7 pm until 9 pm.

Children must be accompanied by their parents. Otherwise, they won't be able to stay at this property.

For guests who wish to request breakfast service, they must inform the host in advance. This service is not provided on Saturday. (It's our day of rest). Breakfast service has an additional cost.

Parking is external (next to our house) and has an additional cost.

Dear guests, there is a pet fee per stay of 20,000 COP, which will be paid directly at the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

    People no matter the age stay for COP 38,000 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
    You haven't added any cots.
    Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
    Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

    Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs COP 12000 per day.

Muy formal la señora que nos atendió ,en el servicio no había champú ni jabón ,el precio pactado eran por Booking $136.000 con los descuentos de Genius de dos noches y ella nos cobró mucho más de $216.000 ,no es correcto que por esta página se pacte un precio y en el hospedaje se pague otro ,no tuvimos ningún servicio adicional .es muy importante que Booking tenga en cuenta esto por qué ya empieza uno a desconfiar de la web.

Cons:

El haberme cobrado de más sin servicios adicionales que no conocí.diciendo que este era el precio y no es justo nunca he tenido como cliente de Booking está anomalía.
