False advertising, DON'T BOTHER...... BEYOND DISAPPOINTING

Location was good, that's it!!!!

Cons:

The family appear friendly enough, but not being permitted to cook is so odd, 4 nights of microwave meals, the absolutely feral state of the kitchen over a 4 night stay, benches etc putrid, the fact there is no heating in the bedroom, its freezing,  a SHARED bathroom, all made the stay very uncomfortable.  Yes I was given access to another bathroom,  but only after a tearful meltdown. However it is also a shared bathroom with the family lol. So in fact, NO PRIVATE BATHROOM! No blinds were ever opened so it was like a freezing dark cave. All in all, an extremely disappointing outcome. Perhaps hosts should be given a check list to ensure appropriate accommodation is provided and take pride in the presentation of their property.
I'm astonished that people review accommodation so positively when it's completely untrue. How can we rely on reviews to help us choose if they are fictional?

lovely experience.
Pros:

The house was clean, tidy, and very well maintained. Everything was set up beautifully, and the hosts communication was clear, and they were incredibly accommodating, especially with our late-night check‑in.

Cons:

The only downside was that one of the rooms felt quite cold during the night, and there didn’t seem to be any heating available. The heated sheet in that room also didn’t work, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Having a heating option in that room would have made the stay absolutely perfect.

步行15分鐘可抵達Stud Park shopping centre有coles&woolworths等方便購物，這裡附近也有公車站牌可以直接搭車到CHADSTONE shopping centre
廚房有烤麵包機、微波爐、熱水壺可以使用！

床很好睡！小花園也十分可愛！

Short but sweet, and on my list of places to stay whilst in Melbourne.
Pros:

I didn't spend much time in the home as I was attending seminars, but when I came in for overnight rest, it was peaceful, comfortable and private even with two other guest staying there. Amenities were clean, beds were comfortable. The hosts loves a good chat and are very friendly folk. This place will be on my list of stay overs when in Melbourne again.
