Wunderschönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Aleksandro war sehr aufmerksam und immer ansprechbar. Er hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht..

We really enjoyed staying here. While housed in a traditional stone house, the room was a beautiful mix of modern appliances with traditional furnishings. The bed was very cosy and bathroom was clean with a great shower and vanity. We were greeted by Aleksandro on arrival who helped us park our car in the hotel's free parking just up the road. He also gave us a bottle of Merlot (which sadly we didn't have time to drink) and his warmth and hospitality made our stay.

The receptionist was so incredibly helpful! A wheel fell off my luggage, and he glued it back on which lasted the remainder of my trip.. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, but he was very helpful in recommending where to go just a short walk away.. He also called me before I got there to see what time I would arrive so that he would have my room ready upon my arrival.

The nicest room we stayed in during our 2 week road trip in Albania. Super comfy bed. Beautiful room decor. Great location. Amazingly helpful staff, especially Aleksandr who carried our bags uphill to the car and ensured we didn’t get a parking fine. Free bottle of wine, a lovely touch. Morning coffee on the terrace.

Geweldige gastvrijheid Alessandro, zeer smaakvol ingericht, goede bedden, 2 mooie maar wat kleine badkamers, terras met mooi uitzicht, vlakbij centrum en kasteel.

Extremly good and friendly service and very comfortable beds. Perfect air condition and a beautiful view from the terrace.

Alexandro was een fantastische gastheer. Hij hielp ons met onze koffer en niks was teveel gevraagd. De kamer was ook prachtig!

From arrival Aleksandro went above and beyond. He came running up to help us with our bags as the path is cobble stone (like everywhere in Gjirokaster).
To then doing a gorgeous celebration display as we had just got engaged. He had so many suggestions for food, things to do and was super eager to help in anyway he could. We came here with friends and he moved things around to ensure our rooms were near one another. The views were incredible, beds were SO COMFY and the shared common areas were just adorable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Genuine experience of Albanian hospitality.
Everything was just PERFECT! The host - Aleksandro - best mate. Greeted us with coffee&raki, helped with parking, suitcases, gave some recommendations.
The room was very spacious, definitely one of best price-value relations I have ever seen. I regreted I did not book more nights. Higly recommend this place for staying in Gjirokaster!

We’re made to feel very welcome, they even contacted us on WhatsApp before our arrival to let us know that we could check in early as the rooms were ready. All the staff were super friendly and the place is beautiful.

De gastheer was enorm aardig en behulpzaam. Zo navigeerde hij ons richting de parkeerplaats en hielp hij met de koffers. Verder was er een duidelijke uitleg over de mogelijkheden en kwam hij met een welkomstt wijntje.

Aleksandro is great ! He picked us up carried our luggage arranged the Parking and attendend and gave us wine and coffee from the house.

Our first night in Albania & what a fantastic start! The wonderful warm welcome by Aleksandro, gold stars for his hospitality, beautifully appointed rooms, comfortable beds, welcome wine to enjoy whilst soaking up the amazing views. Position is excellent, short stroll to the old town, castle is a 5 min walk, wish we could have stayed longer. Thankyou, we will certainly recommend to our friends 🙏🏼
