Cozy and warm
Pros:

The place was wonderful. Beautifully decorated to reflect the tradition of Gjirokastra while still having modern comforts. The room was cozy, very clean and had everything we needed. The location is excellent. Only a short walk from the Bazaar and Castle yet very quiet area at night. The best thing was the staff and service. Aleksandro treated us like family. He was very welcoming and we were treated like royalty. An example of Albanian hospitality at its best.

Pros:

I wish I didn’t have leave - we absolutely loved this hotel. It’s beautifully built and definitely feels boutique. The terrace is lovely to sit on and soak in the views and the staff are all really friendly and attentive.

Pros:

The hotel is so beautifully renovated, just a 3-5 minute walk from the old town and the castle. Aleksandro is a GEM! He was so kind and helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. The parking is a huge perk because parking in the city is a nightmare. The room was clean, remodeled, and pleasant. Coffee on the terrace was a nice touch. Great experience overall!

Pros:

There wasnt breakfast but the beds were incredibly comfortable. It's a unique place, very close to rhe castle and a 5 minute walk to downtown. The staff.wse stellar, carried our bags down from the car, gave us free water whenever we needed and even made sure we had a good parking place.

Cons:

It was a little hard to find, there was a sign pointing down a little alley, but if our friends and the front desk guy weren't with us, we would have never found it.

Fantastic stay with stunning views and excellent service
Pros:

We loved almost everything about this hotel. The location was excellent, and the views were absolutely stunning. The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Alessandro at reception, who was exceptional. He was always helpful, attentive, and available whenever we needed assistance. He truly made our stay more enjoyable.

Cons:

The only disappointment was that we had specifically booked a room with a mountain view, but upon arrival we were informed that it was not available. This was frustrating and not the start we had expected. However, the hotel handled the situation well by offering us a suite as compensation, which we appreciated and helped turn the experience into a positive one

We loved everything about our stay here!
Pros:

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the main part of town and the castle. The views are extraordinary, and we were treated exceptionally well by staff. The common areas outside are well appointed, and the room was beautiful and comfortable. We also very much appreciated being able to pay by credit card, and having air con. The staff running this hotel are fabulous, and so friendly.

Cons:

The only challenge was also a perk- this hotel has parking, but it is a designated street parking area that staff keeps blocked off for guests on request, so when we drove our car during the day we had to coordinate with hotel staff (VERY easy to do) to return to the parking area. Did not see any other reserved parking around town, so this is an excellent choice if you bring a car.

Tolles restauriertes Steinhaus in der Altstadt
Pros:

Wunderschön restauriertes Steinhaus in der Altstadt von Gjirokastër mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bergkette. Sehr bequemes Bett, stilvolles Bad und eine tolle Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Rezeptionist Alex – super freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Pros:

La ubicación : cerca de todo pero lo suficientemente apartado para ser tranquilo y con muy buenas vistas . El personal muy atento y amable , nos dio recomendaciones para visitar. Todo está nuevo y muy limpio

Cons:

Para mi gusto la cama es muy blanda , aunque el colchón está nuevo (mayo 2026)
