Wir haben relativ spontan gebucht und es gab keinerlei Probleme beim Check In, obwohl wir nachts angekommen sind (01:45 Uhr). Auch das spontan abgefragte Babybett wurde ohne Zögern uns bereit gestellt. Rund um ein toller Service, das Zimmer war auch super, gerade als Familie mit zwei Kids. Wir würden es jedem empfehlen und auch selbst nochmal buchen.

God placering, ikke langt fra centrum - og alligevel roligt.

De kamer was niet schoon en rook muf vergelijkbaar met de geur van een vieze dweil. De entree en de lift waren niet uitnodigend. Een lift was vies. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd.
De doucheruimte is klein, terwijl de douchebak lekt. Hebben een 3-persoonskamer voor 2 personen geboekt. Was ook nodig gezien de kleine ruimte. De locatie was perfect. Op loopafstand van De La Mar, ons hoofddoel.
De kamer die muf rook, maar ook de entree en de vieze lift.

Friendly and there was rust and mold growing in the bathroom due to poor ventilation. Breakfast food
Was good but there was not enough tables in the
Breakfast room and nobody was cleaning the tables. We would go to breakfast and even if we could find a table to sit at, there were dirty dishes from previous guests on the table. We stayed 5 nights and every morning was the same problem.

The location is great, and the dining room was quite nice. Most staff were friendly.
Most staff were quite friendly, but one gentleman was particularly unpleasant which stood out to us. Wi-fi was on the slower side. Room was very small but this is probably just an oversight in my booking - can't blame them for that. Room cleanliness was a bit lacking but not terrible. My bed seemed to be broken and dipped drastically on one side.
We find the location very convenient. Being close to Jordaan, on the tramlines to Central train station and easy access out to the airport
The quadruple room we had was quite noticeably unclean. It was glass on 2 wall sides so quite cold in October aswell. There was no fridge.
The property was a good location.
We experienced bed bugs that bit my friend approximately 30 times and myself around 5. We brought up the issue to reception, and they brushed it off by saying they were doctors and it was a mosquito. I do not believe they were doctors, and now my friend and I are concerned about our health and deeply uncomfortable.
Only way I could describe the bed I slept in is something from a murder scene. Bed soaked in blood and the hotel thinks this is acceptable after being shown pictures I wish I could upload pictures to this review. If you are unfortunate enough to book this hotel please check the bed you are sleeping In at check in
