Perfect
Pros:

Location was excellent - absolutely perfect for my needs. Comfortable, clean, air conditioning, easy to check in and access. What more could I need?! Lovely balcony for a morning coffee with gorgeous view of the sunset. There were ear buds provided as there is a bar directly opposite but I didn’t find it too noisy at all (on 3rd floor)

Good quality and comfortable
Pros:

Everything. It was so clean. In a very, very good location. (You can go to sao bento station by foot with one big suitcase and 3 bags, i did it!). So stylish. And very comfortable

Cons:

The noise outside. On the first night there were no noises so i was like “cool i did not have a room like the people complaining in the comments”. And on the second night it was a little bit loud . But the last night???? Very hard to sleep.

Mój pobyt bardzo udany, zmęczona zasypiałam pomimo hałasu w nocy.
Pros:

Lokalizacja, czystość, wystrój, wygoda

Cons:

Bardzo głośno. Na dole bar, w który co wieczór dużo osób, impreza, pomimo że okna do pokoju dźwiękoszczelne i hotel zapewnia zatyczki do uszu to dla osób wrażliwych i mających kłopoty z zaśnięciem - katastrofa. To jedyny minus hotelu, poza tym wszystko super.

Confortable, bien situé et relativement calme (si on se trouve du bon côté).
Pros:

Très bien placé, grand lit et literie très confortable. Relativement calme côté cour.

Cons:

Manque de cohérence sur les consignes "préserver l'environnement". Je suis sensible à ces questions. Ménage fait, serviettes changées (malgré une notice explicitant que seules les serviettes mises au sol seront changées). Pour ne pas avoir le ménage fait, il faut mettre la signalétique "Ne pas déranger". A quand l'inverse ? (signaler quand on veut le ménage fait). La clim était réglée sur 21 degrés avec une température extérieure de 23 degrés... J'imagine que c'est un "critère" positif pour plein de monde, et pourtant, c'est une anomalie. Et pendant ce temps le monde brûle...

This is really nice place to stay
Pros:

This is really nice place to stay, it’s clean, comfortable, location very close to everything, it was nice to find there coffee and cookies, I definitely recommend this place

Cons:

The only thing is that it’s really noisy coz downstairs is bar , even earplugs doesn’t help (

Decent stay in a well located room.
Pros:

Good location and close to loads of shops, bars/restaurants, old town and about 10-15min walk to the river. Room was spacious with nice high ceilings. Entry to the property was easy. Staff helped me to extend my stay.

Cons:

Was a decent room but a bit worn in places. Was clean but not spotless.

Location was good but is right next door to a nice/popular cafe /bar, so was noisy in the evenings- suggest using the ear plugs provided!
