لقد تم حجز عبر برنامج بوكينق وتم الوصول والتوجه للاستقبال لاستلام الحجز وتم إبلاغي من الاستقبال التواصل مع الحجز لكي يتم اعطائي تفاصيل الغرفة ورقم الغرفة وتم التواصل برقم الجوال الموجود في البرنامج لم يتم الرد اتصال واتساب اميل وللأسف أحبطت في هذا المصداقيه وأنني في شهر العسل وتم إحراجي وتم انتظار لمدة 4 ساعات ولم يتم على الرد واتساب اتصال اميل ارجو تعويضي ومحاسبة الشخص في التقصير

La struttura non è in centro a sapa ma a 10/15 minuti di macchina in un piccolo villaggio vicino meno turistico, la zona è molto carina e Alex è stato molto carino con noi, ci ha consigliato dove andare e cosa anche con il brutto tempo, ed è riuscito ad anticiparci il check in di un oretta

Good location, room was very clean and comfortable.
Very helpful and kind staff, there was construction work taking place during our stay and the host was very kind by upgrading our room for no extra charge up on arrival to avoid the construction.

Pros:

Everything from the beautifulness of the room and the view till the smooth communication with the staff , very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Umm… nothing apart from the variety of dishes in the breakfast but that not a problem as the host when I told him we prefer some food he made his best to arrange it for us

I spent two wonderful nights in a place that looks like it belongs in a story book.

Pros:

Les photos de l'hôtel sont embellies et ne reflètent pas réellement la chambre. Le personnel était très sec avec nous, aucun conseil, il ne nous a même pas expliqué qu'il y avait une piscine. Le petit déjeuné inclu est à partir de 7h30, or nous devions partir à 7h, rien ne nous a été proposé en contre partie. Nous sommes très déçus.

الفندق لا بأس به، زوجين 3 ليالي
Pros:

-شكرا لموظف الاستقبال لا أذكر اسمه الذي ساعدني في وجبة الإفطار لأول يوم ليوصل الرساله إلى الطاهي.
-دورة مياه واسعه ومتوسطه في النظافه ولكن ليست سيئه.

Cons:

-ريحة الأكل تصل إلى الغرفه وبعض الشئ أجدها مزعجه جداً بحكم الغرفه لا توجد بها نوافذ.
-طلبت منهم تنظيف الغرفه ولكن لم يتم تبديل البطانيه ولا لبسة الوسائد او المخدات فقط تم ترتيب الغرفه.
الموقع بعيد عن مركز سابا ولكن بعيد عن الأزعاج والضوضاء يبعد 20دقيقه إلى نصف ساعه تقريباً إلى المركز بالسياره ب200 دونج التاكسي.
-لا توجد أدوات ميني بار لشرب القهوه وغيرها.
-أسوء طاهي مر علي في حياتي لا يجيد التعامل مع القانطين بالفندق، طاهي سيئ جداً ولا يعرف الإبتسامة، كانت هناك مشكله في وجبة الإفطار بإنها لا تناسبنا بسبب نوع الوجبات أسيوي وكان هناك بيض ونقانق وبعض الشرائح وذره تقريباً في نفس القدر طلبت منه أن كان بالإمكان يعمل لي مجرد بيض بسبب لا يمكننا الاكل من هذا لإن إحتمالية النقانق معمول بلحم الخنزير فنحن لا نأكله وهو مختلط به، فنظر لي بنظره غريبه وقال لا لا! ف استغربت بهذا التعامل مع العلم ان الفيتناميين شعب خلوق جداً في كل مكان، واخبرت موظف الاستقبال وقال سوف اخبره، وذهب ليخبره فعمل لنا قرص واحد لشخصين، لم يعجبني تصرف الطاهي بتصرفه الشخص القصير الشاب.
وجبة الإفطار لا تستحق نجمة واحده وكذلك لا يصل لمستوى البوفيه، نصيحة للأخوه العرب والخليجيين بشكل عام اذا اردت ان تحجز فلا تشمله مع الأفطار لأنه لا يمكنك أن تأكل منه شئ وكذلك تقريباً 4-5وجبات ولا يستحق كلمة بوفيه له..
أتمنى من القائمين على هذا الفندق بأن يراجعوا أسلوب موظف المطبخ اذا المسمى ماله شيف الولد الشاب القصير، مع العلم شكرته ولم يرد حتى بكلمه بعدما انتهيت من الاكل، وكذلك اليوم الثاني رأيته ولم اكلمه بتاتا وهو لا ينظر بطريقه جميله للأشخاص، سكنت في الفندق 3 ليالي واكلت فقط مرتين، اليوم الاول البيض الذي عمله، وثالث يوم فقط اخذت بيض مسلوق، شئ محزن، واتمنى بأن لا ارجع له مرة أخرى بسبب هذا الشخص الغير مرحب بالزوار، وأتمنى بأن لا تخسروا زبائنكم بسبب هذا الشخص، وشكرا لكم.
