We stayed for 3 nights, as the location suited our travel plans to visit places of interest. The room was large, comfortable, clean, with a balcony and a mountain view. The staff is helpful and very pleasant.

The staff was great at accomodating everyone. We were a group of 11 people but Mr. Hong was able to accomodate us even when we arrived late due to a delay in our flight. Mr. Albert, the one that accomodates us through WhatsApp is very responsive. The property is a new hotel and there is a lot of room for improvement. It is far from the city center, a 15 mins ride away. However, it is located near some stores and restaurants so you will not get hungry. Internet is fast.

Cons:

Since the hotel is a new property, there was no proper emergency response in cases of power outage. We stayed during a stormy day and were unfortunate to experience this. I hope the hotel can improve this in the future.

Cons:

Got hidden extra charges that were not clear and upfront. Hire of bike was only for 12 hours not 24. We only had bike 10 hours and got charged double anyway. Communication not the best
