The best place we stayed on our 2 week trip. Service was great, breakfast was amazing. And the staff were exceptional.

Удобные, чистые номера, удобные кровати, приветливый персонал. Хорошее местоположение. Идеально для короткого пребывания (1-2 ночи). Были семьёй из 4х человек, бронировали 2 номера, без отдельного запроса нам дали смежные номера с дверью. Приветственный коктейль и закуски, пока мы ждали заселения - приятная неожиданность.

The location was perfect for our trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds super comfortable with ample room amenities. The breakfast was fresh with great selection. We enjoyed the roof top pool and dining/bar overlooking the lovely city views. Every thing was as advertised.

幼児2人と大人1人で宿泊しました。子どもがベッドから落ちないように壁につけられるかあらかじめ問い合わせしたらできないと言われたのですが、チェックインしてみるとベッドが壁際に移動してありました。部屋も清潔でスタッフは皆さんとても親切で毎回子どもを可愛がってくれます。朝食も、食べたいものがたくさんありすぎて何泊しても足りないくらいです。立地も最高で、最高のステイになりました。
たまたまかもしれませんが、部屋の冷蔵庫があまり機能していませんでした。
From the moment we stepped through the doors of La Siesta Premium Saigon Central until the day we checked out, every single member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The level of hospitality was exceptional. It was our last hotel before returning home to Ireland and has left a lasting impression.
The staff were professional, warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and they were always one step ahead, making sure we had everything we needed and offering helpful recommendations and assistance whenever required.
Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests really set this hotel apart. It is clear that everyone takes great pride in ensuring guests have the best possible stay, and that level of attentiveness made our visit truly memorable.

Cocktails in the roof bar were tiny and hugely overpriced!
The staff were outstanding. We have travelled a lot and we have never had this high a standard before. The staff knew us by name from the second we walked in the door, were incredibly friendly, hospitable and just couldn't do enough for us. Hannah was exceptional in how personable and helpful she was and so charismatic and positive. We even got a hand-written note when we left and our young son got a gift from Hannah that was beautiful. The hotel was beautiful. It's quite large, but feels intimate. The food was excellent, the rooms clean and nice and extremely well serviced. Nothing was a problem. If I was to ever visit Ho Chi Minh City again, I wouldn't even consider a different hotel. Location was excellent and we loved the rooftop pool.
Nothing really. The rooms were small, but that is the nature of this city I think. This was fantastic value for money.
