I had such an amazing stay!! Thank you La Siesta!!
Pros:

I absolutely loved the staff at La Siesta!! They were so professional in every aspect of their jobs, you can see it on their faces the joy that they bring to the hotels atmosphere. Super friendly, very informative on what places you should see and all the hidden gems that you can go and eat and have the most amazing food.

Nothing short of exceptional
Pros:

This is the best hotel I've stayed in hands down, so much that I was actually sad to leave. I would have extended my stay if I didn't already have pre-booked flights. From the moment I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by the amazing staff with big smiles who were quick to assist me in every aspect of my stay. This is an upmarket luxury hotel with the room furnishings very modern and well designed. The shower pressure is amazing (it's the small stuff) and being a taller guy I was easily able to fit under the shower given the rain head option. I was also surprised that there was absolutely no outside noise from my hotel room. The pillows were very soft and comfortable, as was the mattress. This surprised me as I thought it would be too firm for my liking but I had no issue sleeping and it turned out to be very comfortable. My room was serviced twice a day! and in between I was offered more water. I have spent a lot more money on hotels in Sydney where my room wasn't serviced at all unless I stayed more than 4 nights, all in the name of 'saving the environment'.

I want to give a special shoutout to Quinn who was such a warm, helpful and gracious staff member. She showed genuine interest in my travels and asked me questions while giving me local knowledge and suggestions. It was a pleasure to see her every morning at breakfast where she would suggest different Vietnamese options for me to try. The kindness and respect she shows for guests needs to be commended.

As I write this review in Hanoi, I'm quite saddened by the fact that this hotel cannot live up to the standard of La Siesta Premium Saigon. My biggest regret is not booking the La Siesta sister hotel in Hanoi.

Short stay review
Pros:

Lovely large bed and best pillows. The staff are fantastic always welcoming and show interest in what you want to do.
Food at the resturant was very good .
Its close to everything you can walk everywhere
Overall a very good stay.

Cons:

Nothing bad to say really. Didn't like the fact we had to leave 😁

We had such a great stay here. The service was honestly one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Everyone was so kind, friendly and genuinely attentive. They were always noticing what we needed before we even had to ask.

A special mention to HUONG who greeted us when we arrived. She already knew our names and gave us so many great recommendations around the city. She was literally everywhere! I’d see her at reception, then at the sky bar, and then outside greeting the next guests coming in. She was always smiling and making sure everyone was looked after. Such an impressive level of service. She even gave us a departing gift for our child, sooo sweet!

Our room was clean, comfortable and smelled sooo good! You can really tell they care about the little details.

All of the staff were amazing and gave us such exceptional service throughout our stay. We genuinely felt so welcomed here. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️
