I enjoyed my stay I felt safe and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal last night and my scone and coffee t.
Cons:

The room was small in comparison to other rooms I've stayed in Cork. However I thought your staff were absolutely lovely I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner last night.However I think the room would have been too small for 2 people.

Come to Cork & stay at Metropole Hotel.
Pros:

Location, architecture, staff, facilities. Price. Close to airport bus drop off (225 or 226), the bus & train stations. Very handy Spar store across the road and close to Merchants Quay dunnes stores for other supplies/clothing. Five minutes walk to theatres, city centre etc. excellent spot. Bar and food most enjoyable.

Cons:

No fridge or AC in my particular room but I think others have. Do check esp if travelling in hot weather. Small lift like in all older hotels but despite a full hotel, no real queues.

Great location in a beautiful historical building and friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Beautifully decorated in a lovely old building with a great location on the river, close to transport.The staff was wonderful, as was breakfast. We had a very nice stay and Cork is lovely. Plenty of room and if you like a bath, it’s a great, deep tub with good smelling body wash.

Cons:

Husband loves his television and it was on the small side and awkwardly placed.

Pros:

Great location - within 5 minutes of the city centre, and 10 minutes from the railway station.

Not great. The only thing good about it was the breakfast. But overall a dissapointind experience.

Pros:

Ein schönes viktorianisches Haus mit Stil. Natürlich ist das ein oder andere in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal durchweg freundlich. Gute Lage und das Parkhaus nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Allerdings die Einfahrt eng und auch innen. Große Autos müssen sehr vorsichtig rangieren mit kleinen ist es kein Problem.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und in jeglicher Hinsicht Zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war von hervorragender Qualität und der Service diskret und sehr Aufmerksam. Note 10
