Just avoid the place
Pros:

The only positive was the location

Cons:

Very old in a bad condition, there was no wall from one side of the apartment, just a single glass with a curtain the noise from the pub downstairs was very very much until 02.00 and after that we have to tolerate the noise from the staff refiling the pub till 03.00 or 04.00 the weekend. No respect for the people who was sleeping in the apartments. Horrible place.

В номере невозможно спать, проникает свет из коридора и шум с улицы и из самого бара, до 4-5 утра слышно музыку. Сам номер темный, но шторы не откроешь потому что сразу напротив окна другого дома. Сам номер очень грязный, в душе не уходит вода, в первый день у нас была сломана раковина, так что зубы приходилось чистить стоя в душе по щиколотку в воде.
Балл я накинула за дружелюбный персонал, сам номер оценила бы на ноль

Прекрасное месторасположение. Рядом с Истикляль. А близкая площадь "Таксим," это транспортный узел, связь с аэропортами в том числе! Вечерние заведения занимают все соседние с отелем улицы. Ужин и пиво здесь обеспечены до ночи! Но, несмотря на эту ночную жизнь, в номере была тишина, шумоизодяция хорошая, работает мощный кондиционер. Вода горячая без проблем. Душ и вся сантехника удобная и рабочая. Дом не новый, а номер выполнен в дизайнерском стиле ЛОФТа, но к этому быстро привыкаешь, если кто способен привыкнуть... Чистота поддерживается. Кровать большая и удобная, белье чистое и приятное, даже есть запасное..., шторы плотные позволяют спать до обеда, если кто за этим приехал....))) Да, там никто рано и не встаёт из местных, тишина по утрам... Порадовала стоимость проживания. Если будем в Стамбуле в очередной раз, то постараемся заказать здесь же....

Cons:

Нет лифта и лестница узкая, если багаж тяжелый.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja.
Piękny widok z balkonu.
Wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

3 dniowy pobyt. 2,5 dnia nie mieliśmy ciepłej wody. Zgłaszaliśmy to kilkukrotnie niestety zostaliśmy olani. Właściciel odpisał nam dopiero ostatniego dnia pobytu. Przez 3 dni mieliśmy jeden ciepły prysznic. Nie zdobył się na przeprosiny.
W mieszkaniu nie ma szklanki, kieliszka, łyżeczki. Dosłownie nic co umożliwiłoby jedzenie lub picie. Szklanke można pożyczyć z baru na dole.

Würde ich nicht mehr buchen!
Pros:

Nur die Lage.

Cons:

Es kam kein warmes Wasser und die WC-Brille hing schief.
Nachts war es viel zu laut im Gang und auch auf der Straße.
Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.

Fantastic stay, great location and friendly staff. Does exactly what you need it too, nice open space if you’re staying
Pros:

Location was perfect for the football fans, balcony room was amazing to have a good view. The space was actually really big. Comfy bed!

Cons:

No clear wifi connection in the room, probably my only real fault but a big one considering I had no other way of connecting to internet.

Pros:

Very convenient location. It’s great that there’s a bar right below the hotel. The rooms are super spacious.

Cons:

The issues with the spiral staircases in this hotel are well known. There’s no elevator, and the stairs are quite narrow. There’s also no proper reception — it’s located at the bar counter, so if the bar isn’t open, there’s nowhere to leave your luggage.

Good stay easy to commute
Pros:

Our stay was comfortable property was exactly same as shown in photos, all the facilities were available as described. Property is in the main City Taksim Square, good food nearby, walking distance to shopping, Metro train and bus station.

I unfortunately experienced several serious issues during this stay. First of all, there is no reception at the property. I especially do not recommend booking this place during winter, as it is very difficult to find someone to contact when a problem occurs.

On the day of arrival, despite calling many times, my calls were either unanswered or I was told “we will be there in 10 minutes.” In reality, I ended up waiting outside for approximately 40–50 minutes in cold, snowy weather while holding my luggage. Eventually, the key was brought by someone from the hotel across the street, even though I did not book that hotel — I booked this apartment. This situation was confusing and very frustrating.

The apartment itself was spacious, and the location was good. However, although the design seems intended to have a historical style, the overall condition felt poorly maintained.

One of the most serious issues was related to the bed. The headboard was loose, and during the day, while I lay down to rest and fell asleep, the headboard suddenly fell on my head. This raised serious safety concerns. After this incident, I did not want to stay there overnight and immediately checked out and left the apartment.

While washing fruit in the kitchen, one of the fruits accidentally fell to the floor. When I opened the lower cabinet to pick it up, I noticed rat poison and insect poison left openly inside the cabinet. I discovered this purely by coincidence. Leaving such poisons inside a kitchen cabinet is extremely dangerous. If I had stayed with a pet, the consequences could have been very serious.

Additionally, the stairs are extremely narrow, making it very difficult and exhausting to carry luggage upstairs.

In summary, apart from the location and the price, it is hard to mention any positive aspects.
