Wellness und Rezeption großartig, Gastronomie verbesserungswürdig (Ambiente und Frühstücksangebot).
Pros:

Das Empfangspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wellnessausstattung und Hygiene ist erstklassig.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksangebot war erwartungsgemäß, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Die Atmosphäre des Speisesaals empfand ich als lieblos und "kühl", erinnerte mich eher an eine Rehaklinik. Leider besteht kein Angebot, das Frühstück im Freien einzunehmen.

Pros:

De ligging is perfect! Binnen kwartier ben je in Bolzano en de weinstrasse zit je direct op als je zuidelijk gaat.

Cons:

De kamer was in licht verouderde stijl, maar dit is duidelijk aangegeven en was een bewuste keuze want dan zit je in het hoofdgebouw dichtbij alle faciliteiten.

Bella struttura pulita, colazione abbondante e di qualità, bella zona wellness e la zona piacine in terrazza.
Possibilità di scegliere tra più ristoranti.
Ampio garage e posto sicuro per le biciclette.
Buona la proposta culinaria (la focaccia del buffet straordinaria).

Cons:

Dotazione di cortesia: si consiglia di aggiungere balsamo per capelli.
E diffusore per il phon.

Cons:

Stanza nella depandance acusticamente molto poco isolata dalle altre e nella parete vicino al letto continui rumori di scroscii di acqua provenienti molto probabilmente dagli scarichi delle stanze ai piani superiori.
Nonostante il prezzo non proprio economico a colazione non si può avere un cappuccino se non quello fatto dalle macchinette automatiche
