Pros:

Echt top! Mooie zwembaden, goede parkeergarage, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt en alles is echt heel schoon! Zelden zo’n net hotel meegemaakt.

The listing is dominated by photos of a rooftop infinity pool with open mountain views, giving a clear impression of a resort-style property in a scenic setting. The reality: the hotel is surrounded by unattractive urban apartment buildings, and our room on the 4th floor sat directly beneath active water slides — with construction crane views and noise throughout the day. Neither the room's position under the slides nor the actual surroundings were disclosed anywhere in the listing.

We realized the mismatch immediately after booking and attempted to cancel by phone and email — neither channel reached anyone. We received no response before arrival, when we were told for the first time that the booking was non-refundable.

This was a 10-person group trip involving flights, car rentals, and significant planning. As Sabbath-observant travelers, we were unable to relocate once there, leaving us effectively stuck in a setting we had specifically booked a vacation to avoid.

We understand that cancellation policies exist. What we cannot accept is a listing that misrepresents the property, combined with no reachable customer service when it matters. The result was an entire annual family vacation — for all 10 of us — lost.

Cons:

Rude reception staff. No supply of drinking water — we had to purchase bottled water throughout our entire stay. The surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe, which made even stepping outside stressful. Despite being marketed as a scenic resort, this is a compact urban building where all water attractions — pools, slides, and facilities — are crammed into a small rooftop and underground space. Our room was on the floor directly below the water slides, meaning we had loud, constant noise directly above our heads throughout the day with no escape.

Gemischte Eindrücke
Pros:

Tolle Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen in Südtirol.
Die Pool-Landschaft oben auf dem Dach ist natürlich toll.

Cons:

Offiziell sind die Pools oben auf dem Dach ab 8 Uhr geöffnet. Da hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass diese und auch die gesamte Dachterrasse zu dem Zeitpunkt gereinigt sind, was nicht der Fall war. Überall lagen noch die Gläser, Flaschen, Zigarettenkippen und der Müll des Vortages herum. Als wir dann im Pool um 8: 30 Uhr schwammen, kam dann ein Mitarbeiter mit einem Kärcher und begann die Treppen zu reinigen, so dass der Dreck uns um die Ohren flog. Hier kann man eigentlich von einem Hotel dieser Preiskategorie schon erwarten, dass die Pool samt Umgebung auch zu dem Zeitpunkt, an dem sie offiziell freigegeben sind, auch gereinigt sind.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung, aber auch nicht gerade spektakulär. Immer wieder waren bestimmte Dinge aus und wurden dann auch nicht gleich da aufgefüllt. Das ist eines Hotels dieser Kategorie auch nicht angemessen.
Schade auch, dass die angepriesene Sauna nur an bestimmten Tagen geöffnet hat. Was gibt's für eine Family-Sauna, diese ist aber vom Indoorpool aus komplett einsehbar daher auch nicht jedermanns Sache.

Amazingly fun with a great location… will be visiting again!
Pros:

The Hotel was amazing with the rooms and all the available things to do! The pools were exceptionally high on fun list of my family!

Cons:

Only resignation I have was the menu selection for lunch or dinner… outside of Pizza (which was also very very tasty) they barely had any noodle dishes which was a big surprise to me
