Pros:

Très bel accueil même si le personnel ne parle pas le français. On s'est adapté. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter du spa mais il avait l'air génial, 👍 j'ai regretté que mon mari n'ait pas pris le maillot de bain 🤪. Les chambres sont très confortables. Le petit déjeuner très copieux.

Eigtl hat uns noch der Dachgarten mit Infinty Pool gefallen

Cons:

Die Lage ist wirklich nicht schön,zudem waren unsere Zimmer extrem beengt,Hund immenser Aufpreis von 29 Euro dafür gibts nicht mal einen Napf oder Liege etc ,Frühstück Massenabfertigung.Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht

Spitzen Hotel mit super Spa und Wellness
Pros:

Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV mit einer Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Tür. Der Dachpool ist natürliche ein Knaller. Innenpool und Wellnessbereich sehr schön. Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer waren modern, sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.

This was a 10-person group trip involving flights, car rentals, and significant planning. As Sabbath-observant travelers, we were unable to relocate once there, leaving us effectively stuck in a setting we had specifically booked a vacation to avoid.
We understand that cancellation policies exist. What we cannot accept is a listing that misrepresents the property, combined with no reachable customer service when it matters. The result was an entire annual family vacation — for all 10 of us — lost.
Rude reception staff. No supply of drinking water — we had to purchase bottled water throughout our entire stay. The surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe, which made even stepping outside stressful. Despite being marketed as a scenic resort, this is a compact urban building where all water attractions — pools, slides, and facilities — are crammed into a small rooftop and underground space. Our room was on the floor directly below the water slides, meaning we had loud, constant noise directly above our heads throughout the day with no escape.
The listing is dominated by photos of a rooftop infinity pool with open mountain views, giving a clear impression of a resort-style property in a scenic setting. The reality: the hotel is surrounded by unattractive urban apartment buildings, and our room on the 4th floor sat directly beneath active water slides — with construction crane views and noise throughout the day. Neither the room's position under the slides nor the actual surroundings were disclosed anywhere in the listing.
We realized the mismatch immediately after booking and attempted to cancel by phone and email — neither channel reached anyone. We received no response before arrival, when we were told for the first time that the booking was non-refundable.

Alles in allem war es oke.
Pros:

Die Dachterasse mit Pool und der Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Baustelle direkt nebenan.
Parkhaus 9€ am Tag unverschämt.
Frühstück könnte etwas besser sein(Brot/Müsli/Frische Säfte).
