Good.
Pros:

For the most the view of the hotel are just nice as aspected, the staff are really helpfull and they did a great job to make the stay smoothly.The cleanliness are good.Kudos for the cleaner.Overall everything is excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast. Could u provide wider variety for the breakfast option? The pho were awesome, keep in the list.

Le personnel était très sympathique à l’accueil.
La vue n’est pas aussi spectaculaire que sur les photos mais reste quand même agréable.

Le petit déjeuner manquait d’options notamment pour les boissons.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hinsichtlich Lage, Ausstattung, Qualität und Frühstück. Absolut bemerkenswert ist aber das Personal an der Rezeption und hier speziell Anh Hieu. Super Beratung bei den Exkursionen vor Ort und eine außerordentliche Hilfe bei der Auffindung meines verlorenen persönlichen Gegenstandes (hier hat er mir in seiner Freizeit einen riesigen Gefallen getan). Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank! Ich kann dieses Hotel vor allem aufgrund der tollen Menschen wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Excellent View
Pros:

The location is perfect. The breakfast is buffet with many options. Comfortable bed.
The room is good, but not ideal if you're a light sleeper. The curtains do nothing to block out the morning light.

Cons:

Not a dislike, just strange. Asked for an extra blanket, but was told no, only 1 blanket per room. Just found that odd.
