We were in room 11 . We had no hot water and zero water pressure . Bathroom was shabby in areas

The bath no handrails and awkward to ui

Bedside lamps are too bright give off more light than the main one and water pressure in shower poor

Unlimited tea and coffee at breakfast.

A bit noisy as we looked out onto the high street but that was to be expected. Staircase quite difficult to negotiate!

The room smelt damp.

No lights in my room, the tv faced at almost a 90 degree angle to the floor so not watchable, but there was no remote, so no chance of even turning it on, exposed wires everywhere, the toilet came away from the floor when you sat on it, and the bathroom was a bath with a hand held shower. They couldn’t offer another room so I left. Terrible

Everything apart from location, old shabby and smelled

The rooms need a redecoration. Shower is old. The curtains dire! they don't block out the light, they hang badly leaving gaps for light to get in. In addition to this there is street lamp directly outside the main room 5 window which lights up the room constantly, leading to a poor nights sleep.

Shower tray leaked and shower fixture wouldn’t hold shower head in place. No lift but reception carried my case upstairs.

Rooms Very dated, although clean .. I personally didn't find the bed very comfortable

There wasn’t a lot we didn’t like about the property actually nothing

Very noisy. It is only single glazed so you could hear everything outside. There were people being very loud until 3:30am. This was my main issue.
There was also water sound all night which I think was the radiator, so it either needs bleeding or the pressure is low. Also the shower was bad for pressure (check your boiler)

入住时，店员（女，面相为印度人——客观陈述，供同胞避雷！）应该是调换了预订的“高级大床房”，给安排了应该是最差的顶层阁楼17号房（楼梯和房间的天花板几乎撞头、无网络信号、房间冰冷……）。之后下楼要求调换房间，才换回预订的正常房间。疑为欺诈行为！

Carpets could do with a clean, Bath and shower in bathroom, but the shower wasn't plumbed in.
