Did not stay as room was not as advertised
Pros:

Did not end up staying. Nice gardens and short walk to beach. Nice size rooms.

Cons:

Booked a garden view room which shows pictures of private balcony. Room given had no balcony and the only view was a window looking into rundown private property. Manager told us it was because we booked online, should have booked direct. Hotel was full so he could not move us, but eventually offered full refund.

Rustic accommodation that’s needs updating
Pros:

Location was very good

Cons:

Dripping aircon cold water shower of an evening like the hot water had run out. Very rustic interior needs updating. Something was biting me in bed maybe bed bugs ??? Mosquitoes in the room. No room safe not very secure.

Great location, beautiful staff
Pros:

The gardens are beautifully maintained and close to everything

Cons:

The only down fall. Cheap sheets that’s didn’t stay on the bed and towels often had holes in the them.

Pros:

The staff are always friendly and cannot do enough for you. The pool is beautiful, the rooms are a good size and always clean, the breakfasts are very tasty. And the location is great for us.

We loved the size of the property. Small and intimate. The included breakfast had plenty of variety and great value included in the room rate.

Cons:

We would have loved Netflix availability even if we needed to pay a little bit more.

應該是老飯店了, 東西比較老舊, 剛入住時, 感覺比較多灰塵, 房間有些霉味

All the basics, at a reasonable price.
Pros:

The location was great for my plans.
The price was good.
The staff were friendly.
The rooms and facilities were clean though not as fancy as across the street.

Cons:

The shower drain was not working well. It tended to fill with water while I showered.

Good for relax!
Pros:

I like the cozy, natural atmosphere of the hotel, the swimming pool surrounded by frangipani trees, and the amazing staff. Plenty of space in the room and in the bathroom, with a pleasant outdoor patio to relax. Basic accommodation, but perfect to enjoy some peace, away from the bustling nightlife of the surrounding areas. Hope to come back soon!

Very well situated, quiet and clean
Pros:

Gardens and pool well maintained as were the rooms.
Breakfast was nice and the restaurant had a good menu.
Staff lovely.

Cons:

Terrible tv very rarely worked and no English speaking channels.
No shampoo or body wash which surprised me.
Basin tap ran the whole time, disappointing that cleaning staff didn’t report it.
