הצוות קשוב מאוד ועוזר בכל שאלה או בקשה
אין באמת מרפסות, כשחיפשנו מלון חיפשנו מלונות עם מרפסת, המלון הזה כביכול מציע מרפסת אבל בפועל היא לא קיימת- מאכזב מאוד.
חשוב לדעת- שליד המלון יש אתר בניה קרוב, מה שהקשה עלינו לישון בבוקר כי הם מתחילים לעבוד מ7 בבוקר.
As soon as you stepped out of the taxi, a staff member came to help you with your luggage and take you to reception where you were asked to take a seat and given a welcome drink whilst one of the reception staff checks you in and then escorts you to your room .
I had a Luxury Suite with bathtub, balcony and sea view on the 14th floor. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea was included. The suite was breathtaking. Immaculate, very clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable and I had the best sleep.
Breakfast was buffet style, very tasty and lots of options to choose from. Afternoon Tea was from 2-4pm daily at the Sky Lounge rooftop bar on the 16th floor, which was fantastic. I really looked forward to it each day, along with my daily cocktail.
The staff were amazing - always smiling and happy to help you in any way they can. went out of their way to help you. I’d like to specifically mention Bao Thoa (Helen) and Phuong Thao (Rora) at reception. Their happy, smiling faces always made me smile. They offered exceptional customer service and made me feel extremely welcome. Ryan, the Front if House Manager was also extremely helpful and always happy to stop for a chat.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was a little sad to leave, but I definitely plan to come back again.

Staff were very helpful and Hotel was always clean. Front desk always very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Location was absolutely spot on.
Some guests were spitting in the pool daily, which made quite a few of us very uncomfortable and we then had to leave the pool area. I think signs need to be displayed that if this occurs the offenders will be asked to leave the pool area
