Pros:

Great Hotel, great location, very friendly staff , great value , great breakfast.

5 minute walk to beach , sea views from roof top bar on the 16th floor.
I will definitely be back again.

Very good hotel in a good location, with excellent staff and breakfast.
Pros:

Staff were delightful, breakfast was very good and the room was excellent. The location was great but sea views were poor due to nearby buildings. The staff provided a complimentary birthday cake which was a lovely touch - thank you so much.

Cons:

Lack of a good sea view and the afternoon tea was poor.

Pros:

really close to the beach

Cons:

can hear outside noise at night and it’s very loud. lot of construction so not great views. bathroom would smell after using the shower every time. when you turn on the shower the toilet would get wet because there was no screen separating them.

Good value for money. Would go back.
Pros:

Location was good. In the middle of hustle and bustle but noisy at night.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't the best
Needed bit more selection. Felt chaotic at times.
The housekeeping staff kept making mistakes. One evening they called to tell us we had clothes on the balcony which we did not. Then they called back ti apologise for the mistake but by then they had woken up my kids. Then the next day at 6am they knocked to give us shower gel which we did not ask for as we were SLEEPING, but they got the wrong room again, again waking up my kids.

Pros:

The staff is polite and efficient. The breakfast brunch is great. Food is good at the other hours. The place is quiet.The gym is easily accessible, so is the spa.

Cons:

The room is smaller than i would have thought but still comfortable and good enough.

Pros:

Персонал, завтраки , чистота , уборка , просторные номера ! Отель супер 🥰

Cons:

Бесплатный трансфер предоставляют только в одну сторону и бассейн был с теплой водой . В такую жару хотелось прохладную воду . Полотенец на пляж не всем хватает , лучше привозить свое .

Pros:

Location excellent, quick walk to beach and all the good restaurants around the city area i prefer this area over being further North. The hotel has a lovely warm wooden feel to it.

Cons:

The pillows in the bedroom not that soft but minor detail. I would go back here again. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.
