So welcoming, rooms were spacious and beds so comfortable. Great facilities, location and staff!

Very clean and well maintained hotel. The plunge pools are a real treat. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location in the centre of Piso Livadi.
The only minor thing I would change is the shower which was a bit lacking in water pressure.

- Next to the "center" of that small town.
- The pool is okayish, but it feels they didn't want to invest too much in it.

- the lady at the reception is friendly and helpful.
- the guy preparing the coffees in the morning is completely unable to cope with multiple requests, consequence: he panics and becomes awfully disrespectful. I asked for a long coffee, not written in the menu, he looks at me and talks to me as if I was asking for the dumbest thing ever while I could have read the menu and not bother him. An attitude that deserved slap. Then he talks in Greec in front of me, I assume he was not seeing sweet words.
- the room looks like nothing, it's big and completely empty, I have the idea they ticked the minimum boxes to be rated 5 stars and stopped there. Zero space to put your stuff. They use the hangers you find when you buy clothes and you're so cheap you keep them even if they are of different sizes and colours, not important but it gives you an idea of the standard you can expect. I.e nothing.
- our room was next to the restaurant: they put their big black trash bags in front of our door. The staff use their mega trolleys early in the morning next to us back and forth. Amazing experience.
- the private parking is like the dump of the village, full of trash of all kind.
- the breakfast is super average, not bad in absolute terms but far from what you can see in any 5* hotel, anywhere in the universe.
I saw all the comments before, thinking ok I'll not expect too much but it will be fine as I'm not super demanding in general. What a mistake. I don't write it in general but this one deserves the title of worst 5* hotel.

Piso Livadi as a "small fishing village" truly lives up to the stereotypical Greek image — a tiny, walkable town with just 2-3 shops, a beach right at your doorstep, and friendly faces you'll see every single day. By day two, everyone in town knows you and greets you with a smile. We loved this quaint little corner of Paros, tucked away from the madding crowds of Naoussa.
Our stay at Cavo Piso Livadi was fantastic. We stayed a full week and would have happily stayed another. Katerina, Vasili and Niko at reception answer every question, accommodate every request, and always have a smile for you, no matter the time of day. It genuinely felt like staying with family rather than at a hotel.
George, Anna, Elsa and the rest of the restaurant staff look after you like you're their own kin, and their warmth and kindness made the stay feel extra special. The food at the restaurant, while limited in options, was freshly prepared, tasty, and served in very generous portions.
The hotel's whole philosophy seems to be: relax, we've got you. Want tours or excursions arranged? Done. Want water? Bottles are provided throughout your stay, no charge. Fancy fresh orange juice at breakfast? They'll sort it without a second thought. Their generosity extends well beyond paying guests too — being right on the beach, with a number of buzzy dockside restaurants nearby, plenty of non-guests park in the car park (there's a public one, and then what I assumed was the property's own). The staff never turn anyone away. If a guest then struggles to find space, they'll happily move their own van to make room, or point you toward additional parking when things get busy. It's a small thing, but it says a lot about how they treat people.
Cavo Piso Livadi is a truly wonderful representation of Greek hospitality. We've now been to 7 Greek islands and stayed at over 10 properties, and this one is, without question, my absolute favourite so far.

Certains détails qui pour un 5 étoiles sont étonnants : absence de changing room, des finitions qui laissent à désirer, un parking qui n’est pas réservé aux clients de l’hôtel et qui est saturé en soirée.

Excelente hotel, personal super amable y comprometido. Muy buen desayuno. El hotel esta ubicado justo frente a un puerto donde hay distintos restaurantes donde comer, a pocos metros tambien hay una playa con parador.
