Pros:

Todo lo que incluye por el precio y las cabañas con vista al lago, la atención super bien de todos.

Cons:

Que esta retirado del centro y no hay mucho que comprar cerca. Tambien el costo de $70 pesos por el servicio ( para llevarte bebidas) ahi mismo en el hotel

Friendly Staff, But Not Worth the Stay

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again. The drain smelled like sewage, which made the room smell unpleasant, and there were ants in the room. The beds were uncomfortable, the hotel looks a bit worn down, and you can hear pretty much everything from outside. The staff was friendly, which I appreciated, but overall, it wasn’t worth it. I would spend a little more money and stay at a different hotel.

Lugar espectacular, comida HORRIBLE mejor sal a comer a otro lugar, (o prepárate un sandwich)

La vista, el jardín y su parte de la laguna es sin duda lo mejor de todo, el personal es muy amable y servicial, tienes opciones de kayak, aunque sería genial que tuviesen kayak para 2 plazas

La comida que te ofrecen en su menú es HORRIBLE me sentí estafado, la calidad es PÉSIMA y los platillos no llegan como se describen en el menú, pedí un rib eye termino medio, que termino siendo 2 bisteces bien cocidos muy delgados uno sobre otro de horrible aspecto, y no tan buen sabor, el menú dice que viene con puré y llego sin puré, hay una cesar con pollo en el menú la cual pedí y LLEGO SIN POLLO, pedí una hamburguesa en la cual especifique sin cebolla, y llego sin cebolla, y SIN TOMATE, SIN LECHUGA, SIN TOCINO, solo pan con un trozo de carne, y una raquitica porción de papas, lo mejorcito fue el tiradito de salmón de mal sabor pero que aunque sea tenia los ingredientes que prometía, así fue mi bienvenida al hotel, con una cómoda horrible, al siguiente día decidimos salir a comer a fuera y por el mismo precio tuvimos comida mucho mejor,
la habitación colinda con la pared qué da a las escaleras de las habitaciones de a lado, que crujen muy fuerte cada que alguien sube o baja, pero se hace tolerable.

La ubicación de los apartamentos está muy bien, es una zona tranquila y las vistas son muy bonitas, El desayuno está bien, es individual, y tiene de todo un poco. El personal es amable, y está dispuesta a ayudar y a aconsejarte zonas alrededor para visitar.

Soggiorno deludente: standard da 4 stelle del tutto assenti.

La posizione è ottima, si trova propio difronte alla laguna e hanno e mettono a disposizione kayake padel per gli ospiti.

Cons:

La nostra permanenza ha evidenziato gravi carenze organizzative sin dall'arrivo nel tardo pomeriggio, quando abbiamo trovato la stanza priva di biancheria da bagno; il receptionist è dovuto uscire in scooter per procurare gli asciugamani da un altro hotel.
Il servizio di colazione in camera è inadeguato: inizia troppo tardi (dalle 9:00) e, a causa del personale ridotto a una sola persona per tutte le consegne, i tempi di attesa arrivano facilmente alle 9:30, costringendo chi ha impegni o tour al mattino a saltarla. La camera, peraltro, non dispone di un tavolo o di un piano d'appoggio per consumarla.
La presenza alla reception è discontinua e rende difficoltosa ogni comunicazione. Manca totalmente l'attenzione al cliente: nessun aiuto con i bagagli lungo una ripida scala a chiocciola, nonostante la presenza di una bimba piccola. A completare il quadro, la pretesa di addebitare una notte extra per un ritardo di soli 5 minuti al momento del check-out.

Alojamiento de ensueño.
Pros:

Personal amable y profesional. Todo estaba en perfecto estado de uso y tienes la laguna para tí solito.

Que había escaleras a mi piso, pero lo compensaba las vistas increíbles. Precioso amanecer.
