The hotel’s location is very good, and that was one of the main positives of my stay. The gentleman at reception was helpful and kindly showed me the room before completing the check-in. Since there is no lift, I had to carry my luggage up the stairs, but the reception staff was kind enough to assist me with it.
The rooms and bathrooms are very small and congested, and the wardrobe could not be fully opened due to its position next to the bed.
Housekeeping in my first room was fine, but the second room was poorly maintained. Coffee mugs were left unwashed, water was not replenished after the first two days, and the room felt dusty. There is also no intercom to contact reception, and no lift that you have to climb up and down the stairs whenever you need assistance.
Renovation work was also taking place during my stay, and the construction noise made it very difficult to rest or take a short nap during the day.

Great location, the staff is also very helpful. As someone who's visiting Kazakstan for the first time, this hotel is exactly what I needed, somewhere clean and comfortable for me to relax after a whole day of touring.

It was a very comfortable hotel with good service. We spent the evening listening to music, chatting, and having a good time. The service at the hotel's restaurant was really good. The food was delicious.
It was difficult to find an elevator when it was busy. It would be great if there was one. I also felt that the waiters needed to be more helpful. It was a bit noisy.
