Bad Experience
Pros:

Ambience, room size, bathroom, location

Cons:

Very disappointing stay. The AC was not working properly, the room was not clean, and the parking facility was poor. The management was also unresponsive and did not address our concerns properly.

Overall, the service and maintenance were not satisfactory. I would not recommend this place.

Pros:

Nice and clean, super spacious

Cons:

I have booked the hotel and they sent me a link to pay for the rooms I had to pay the full amount using the link to confirm my booking but once I arrived in the hotel they asked me to pay again the full amount the staff told me I will get a refund of the first payment. But as of now I haven't got any. 😕

Pros:

Le calme et la végétation dans la grande ville de Kochi! Le propriétaire et son personnel sont très accueillants et rendant service. Les chambres sont confortables et restent fraîches. La literie est confortable.

Cons:

La salle de bain n'est pas toujours propre.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Clean & newer building in a quiet area , yet near Lulu Mall, and major hospitals. It was quick and easy to get an Uber from the hotel. The room was large, bed was comfortable & bedding and towels were fresh and new. The staff was especially kind and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really. It would be nice if they had a hairdryer for guests
