Amazing facility with incredible staff.
Pros:

Had an amazing stay here with two of my friends. The location was incredible; quiet, clean, fun. The hotel itself was spotless and beautiful. And a huge shout out to the front staff as they were super helpful with everything, especially shipping our bags.

Perfect location and great stay!
Pros:

The hotel is clean, quiet, and perfect in size for 2 people. It is also very conveniently located near 2 different stations, which made getting to places easier. The water pressure is good and there were easy instructions for check-in and check-out. There is a water station on the 1st floor laundry area and a weight scale for your bag near the front desk. I felt safe and I will definitely be back.

Cons:

The bed can be a bit uncomfortable, but I managed it fine. I wish there was a mesh screen for the window to limit bugs from coming in when opening the door. Maybe there was one and I didn’t see it.

Great location, clean rooms!
Pros:

1. The location was awesome. Literally, 5 or 6 minute walk to the green line and yellow line. There are plenty of restaurants withing a 5 minute walk.

2. The bunk beds. My daughters loved the bunk bed feature and it was roomy enough for them to have their own space.

3. The in-room laundry. Detergent provided. There's also a coin operated laundry in the water refill station area.

4. Rooms were clean/new.

5. It was raining so free umbrellas were provided.

6. The staff was nice and helped me ship my luggage to my next destination. Note: they are only available 10am-7pm, so if you need their help, you will need to contact them within these hours.
