Almost nothing. Looks romantic from the first view.

Cons:

No staff available, nobody meets you, access horrible, at the end of some garage, cockroaches in the bedroom on pillows, dirty sheets with insects excrements.

Preis Leistung super, trotzdem würden wir nächstes mal wo anders hin, die Mäuse sind einfach zu laut.
Pros:

Ein süßes Bungalow auf der anderen Seite des Flusses. Der Owner ist super zu erreichen auch wenn wir ihn selten zu gesicht gekommen haben.

Cons:

Nachts hat man die Mäuse unter dem Dach sehr laut gehört, dass wir probleme hatten ein- bzw durchzuschlafen. Morgens wurden wir beide male von Baustellenlärm direkt vor der Tür geweckt.

El minimo por ser agradable, no lo recomiendo
Pros:

El dueño era majo. Precio bastante bueno. Aire condicionado.

Cons:

La primera noche encontramos a una araña enorme en el baño, el dia siguiente una cucaracha.

Cama bastante dura. No era un colchón, eran dos fiñas de colchonetas unas encima de otras

Pros:

Cleanliness, breakfast and location

Cons:

Difficult to get information, owner only available by text, staff on site remain hidden. Accom states fridge in all rooms and great bedroom views No fridge in my room and the view was of piping and a concrete wall. Hot water not working first night, owner told but never followed up with us 🤷‍♂️

Se réveiller ici, c’est comme se réveiller à la campagne, avec le chant du coq, loin des klaxons et de l’agitation. C’est fantastique. La chambre est très belle et confortable, la salle de bain également. Le petit‑déjeuner proposé est délicieux.

Pros:

Das Guesthouse ist einfach, sauber und im traditionellen Stil gebaut (daher sehr hellhörig). Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir können einen Aufenthalt dort für Gäste empfehlen, die auf den Comfort nicht soviel wert legen und einen Einblick in die vietnamesische Lebensweise bevorzugen.

Pros:

Nice place with an exceptional view over the town. Friendly people and aesthetic interior with many local arts.
If you want to go to the Ban Gioc Waterfall without motorbike: there are public busses (nr 3&7) on the Main Street in front of the house every 30min.
