Frühstück war sehr gut.
Personal hat sehr freundlich gelächelt.

Cons:

Geruch in den Gängen war ziemlich übel, stickig - hat teilweise nach nassem, altem Hund gestunken.

Das Zimmer war nicht wie gebucht für 4 Personen hergerichtet, Personal seeeehr unfreundlich, unmotivert, konnte kaum deutsch und war mit allem überfordert ob die Schicht bei Check-in als auch beim Check-out. Die Lüftung im Zimmer hat überhaupt nicht funktionert, obwohl wir das an der Reception gemeldet haben, hat das kein Mensch interessiert! Wir haben nachts kein Auge zu getan! Absolut respektlos!

Excellent location, walking distance to the city center. Very good breakfast. The bar works 24 hours a day. The staff is lovely kind, smiling and competent. We arrived at 12 a.m. and our room was ready to check in.
I keenly recommend this hotel.
