- die top Lage

Cons:

- die Sauberkeit der Zimmer (abgenutztes Bett, einige Flecken auf dem Teppich, Flecken auf dem Schreibtisch)
- keine Fenster zum öffnen (laute Klimaanlage)
- in der Hotelbar gab es keinen Tischservice (dies war leider nicht erkennbar) und von der Speisekarte war weniger als die Hälfte verfügbar (dies wurde leider ebenfalls nicht vor der Bestellung kommuniziert)
- im hauseigenen Parkhaus waren für den Preis (30€ pro Tag) die Parkplätze viel zu eng
- zu wenig Personal an der Rezeption
- große Sprachbarriere bei Hotelpersonal (deutsch und englisch wurde nicht immer verstanden)
- Hoteltoiletten im Foyer schmutzig
- Mobiliar im Zimmer und in öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten sehr abgenutzt
- nur ein Tisch im Frühstücksraum für größere Familie geeignet (Reservierung nicht möglich)
- Hotel ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar (allgemeine Servicehotline der Hotelkette)
- auf E-Mail-Anfragen kommt immer die gleiche Standardantwort

Pros:

Die Lage am Zollkanal war sehr central. Direkt vor dem Haus war die U1 Haltestelle. Die Einrichtung war sehr modern und gefiel mir besonders. Das Personal im Service war sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.

Klimaanlage defekt
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, Frühstück auch ausreichend und gut.

Cons:

Klimaanlage war defekt. Wurden bei jeder Beschwerde immer vertröstet. Nach einer Nacht bei 30 Grad in einem Minizimmer zu viert, ohne Klimaanlage und ohne dass man das Fenster öffnen konnte, haben wir dann am nächsten Abend ein neues Zimmer beziehen können. Es wurde nicht einmal gefragt, ob dann alles passt etc.
