Una buena experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, muy cerca a la plaza de armas y el mercado san Pedro, las camas cómodas, el desayuno está rico. El patio central del hotel era agradable y se podía tomar el sol allí. Siempre hay té caliente disponible

Cons:

Hacía mucho frío en la noche, sin embargo solicitamos un calentador adicional y nos lo dieron.

Pleasant stay in a rustic place
Pros:

The location is fantastic. The staff especially Marcos was lovely.

Cons:

Nothing much except the lighting in the room. The lights can be a little dim.

Amazing hotel with a great location
Pros:

The breakfast is really delicious with tons of fresh fruit. The staff was helpful and always available. The hotel is really beautiful and I enjoyed hanging out in the courtyard drinking cocoa tea.

Very nice place to stay in Cusco
Pros:

Very beautiful in an old house with patio. Room is big.

Hosts are nice and helpful.

Would not recommend. Too many issues and no response.

It was fairly accessible to the main plaza but walking up the hill will take your breath

Cons:

Street in front of hotel not very accessible to cars. At night, heater is turned off and it’s cold. One night we had no water-no one was able to give an answer as to what happened. Front desk does not answer phones. Breakfast is fair. Bathtubs are not very safe -2 steps to get in. Floor is slippery. Would not recommend this hotel.

Cozy and comfortable affordable hotel.
Pros:

Very cozy boutique hotel! Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a pretty good breakfast and hot water to make tea available throughout the day.

Cons:

When we got up early for tours breakfast wasn’t always completely ready even though it was the official breakfast time and they didn’t have coffee prepared until later in the morning. It’s a bit of a walk from the city center but manageable.

A charming historic hotel with friendly staff, a good location, and a comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is located in a charming historic building with beautiful courtyards. The location is convenient, within a short walk of Plaza de Armas, and there is also a supermarket nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and even prepared a birthday surprise. Breakfast offered a good selection, and fresh eggs or omelettes could be prepared on request. The room was comfortable and provided enough space for our stay.

Cons:

The room felt a bit more spacious in the photos than it did in reality. While the room was perfectly adequate, the upper level was not very useful, as it only contained a minibar and rather uncomfortable seating, so we did not use it at all. Breakfast was good overall, but the buffet itself was relatively small.

Opção agradável próxima ao mercado e estação
Pros:

Quarto espaçoso no térreo, corredores comuns muito bonitos como um casarão antigo, banheiro renovado com boa ducha, bom secador de cabelos, aquecedor, café da manhã super completo e delicioso. Staff simpático e possibilidade de guardar minha bagagem enquanto viajei a Machu Picchu Pueblo. Destaco tb a proximidade com o mercado e a estação de trem San Pedro.

Cons:

O quarto que reservei tinha duas camas de casal (era a única opção disponível). As camas ficam grudadas nas paredes, que são mais frias e úmidas, o que gera um desconforto até o quarto estar aquecido. Por ser um casarão antigo, o assoalho do andar de cima é de madeira e bastante ruidoso. No período em que não havia hóspedes no andar acima, a estadia foi calma e silenciosa. Com hóspedes acima, é bastante desconfortável, pois se ouve cada passo que a pessoa dá.
