No es 5 estrellas !!!

Personal, desatento, no saluda . Desayuno pobre . Personal de check in descortés y mal educado al llegar a las 12:00 Hs , si mejoro a las 15:00 Hs cuando nos permitieron realizarlo

Achei muito elevado o valor pelo serviço ofertado

Da cama e das roupas de cama

Cons:

Não gostei dos hóspedes estrangeiros muitos ríspidos com brasileiros.

Não gostei que não tinha máquina de café no quarto eu tinha que ficar pedindo café. E todos os hotéis 5 estrelas que eu me hospedei tinha cafeteira no quarto. É o mínimo que se espera de um 5 estrelas.

Muito escuro as instalações.

Não tinha pantufas somente após solicitarmos.

Água da piscina estava turva.

Não ofereciam disponibilidade de jantar no quarto apenas pequenos lanches e o restaurante funcionava somente com reserva e não com livre demanda .

Lo mejor es su personal pero no es un hotel 5 estrellas
Pros:

Es un hotel historico con una bonita vista del canal y personal muy amable.

Cons:

1. Office servicio de shuttle al cerro castor sin costo en su publicidad online, pero cuando haces el check in te dicen que no está incluido y hay que pagar un costó diario considerable. En mi caso, fue una de las razones por las que escogi este hotel de manera que fue decepcionante saber que hay que pagar extra cuando otros hoteles si lo incluyen. (Te cobran extra si tu reserva fue por booking lo que se me hace injusto también)

2. La calidad de las almohadas, colchones y cobertores deja mucho que desear para un hotel que supuestamente es 5 estrellas.

3. Es muy complicado reservar en su restaurante Gourmet. Manejan una política no mantener el restaurante por debajo de su ocupación real para obligarte a consumir en el bufet que es más redituable para ellos. El restaurante siempre estuvo a un 30% de su capacidad mientras cenamos ahí pero rechazaban mucha gente por tener lugar en teoría

Descanso e aconchego
Pros:

Amei tudo, recepção e cordialidade dos funcionários. Tudo no hotel é aconchegante. Todas as instalações são de primeira. Me apaixonei pela área da piscina e spa. Tem sauna seca e molhada. Nosso quarto e banheiro eram enormes. O hotel é longe do centro e as vezes o Uber demora ou não encontra. Mas o hotel dispõe de transfer de ida e volta para o centro em vários horários no dia. Valeu cada centavo.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Ushuaia
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta y el hotel tiene muchas ofertas de actividades para realizar. El personal que atiende en todos los sectores es excelente.

Cons:

La verdad es que es difícil encontrar algo que no me haya gustado del hotel. Creo que podría mejorar el sector de gimnasio, pero tampoco está mal para un hotel.

Pros:

Everything! The staff was amazing, they were so kind and always helping me. Amazing hotel, beautiful pool and spa, the rooms are big, clean and cute. The food was excellent. Everything was great!!!

Cons:

Kids in the gym should not be allowed to be there, they were playing and they can hurt themselves

O hotel é incrível, vale a pena!
Pros:

O hotel é sensacional, a vista é incrível, o atendimento dos funcionários é de alto nível, o hotel está sempre limpo e os quartos são muito bons.

Cons:

A piscina e a hidromassagem não estava funcionando quando fui. Fiquei chateado por não ter recebido essa informação anteriormente.
