Descanso e aconchego
Pros:

Amei tudo, recepção e cordialidade dos funcionários. Tudo no hotel é aconchegante. Todas as instalações são de primeira. Me apaixonei pela área da piscina e spa. Tem sauna seca e molhada. Nosso quarto e banheiro eram enormes. O hotel é longe do centro e as vezes o Uber demora ou não encontra. Mas o hotel dispõe de transfer de ida e volta para o centro em vários horários no dia. Valeu cada centavo.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Ushuaia
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta y el hotel tiene muchas ofertas de actividades para realizar. El personal que atiende en todos los sectores es excelente.

Cons:

La verdad es que es difícil encontrar algo que no me haya gustado del hotel. Creo que podría mejorar el sector de gimnasio, pero tampoco está mal para un hotel.

The best hotel!!!
Pros:

Everything! The staff was amazing, they were so kind and always helping me. Amazing hotel, beautiful pool and spa, the rooms are big, clean and cute. The food was excellent. Everything was great!!!

Kids in the gym should not be allowed to be there, they were playing and they can hurt themselves

Pros:

O hotel é muito bonito internamente, os funcionários são cordiais e prestativos! Calefação boa. Serviço de van que leva e busca satisfatório. Café da manhã ótimo. Quartos espaçosos. Academia atende bem.

Cons:

Para um 5 estrelas, achei o quarto antigo. Em geral, é confortável, mas os travesseiros achei desconfortáveis.
Não vi jacuzzis no hotel (nem interna nem externa), o que foi um pouco frustrante, pois estavam em reforma. Quadra de squash também em reforma.

O hotel é sensacional, a vista é incrível, o atendimento dos funcionários é de alto nível, o hotel está sempre limpo e os quartos são muito bons.

Cons:

A piscina e a hidromassagem não estava funcionando quando fui. Fiquei chateado por não ter recebido essa informação anteriormente.

Exceptional breakfast, a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere, a great spa and amenities.
Pros:

The best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The spa is wonderful, with two types of saunas and a heated pool that tends to get busy during peak hours after excursions, but is very peaceful off the main flow times (morning, afternoon, and late evening). The hotel’s design is beautiful, and the spaces are extremely comfortable for enjoying the view. Great ametinies, ample free parking, and an impeccable front desk. The staff are polite and very helpful. There are many great things to say! I absolutely loved it and will definitely be back.

Cons:

There’s a strong fragrance throughout the hotel, dispite pleasant, can be quite overpowering for guests with allergies, especially in the common areas outside the rooms. In general, the hotel (again, except for the rooms) tends to be a bit cold, but blankets are available on the sofas and there’s coffee and hot water with teas available throughout which helps a lot. It’s nothing too serious, just something to keep in mind.

Bodas de algodão
Pros:

Era nossa comemoração de 2 anos de casado e o hotel nos deu um upgrade de quarto e champanhe. Já era tudo lindo e luxuoso, mas esse carinho deles fez ficar ainda mais especial!
No dia a jacuzzi estava em manutenção, mas com o upgrade do quarto tinha hidro, então não impactou em nada. O hotel oferece algumas atividades diárias em grupo (fizemos uma aula bem legal de coquetelaria) e tem trilhas próprias para mirantes do martial.
O hotel é bem pertinho do Martial e de uma casa de chá deliciosa (dá pra ir andando de boa) e tem uma vista espetacular das montanhas e da cidade. Pegamos neve lá enquanto na cidade mesmo não tinha nevado. Foi bem mágico.
