0 stars if I could. The worse accomoodation I have ever stayed in my life!
Pros:

The receptionists are helpful.

Cons:

Initially, I was given a room that looked quite old, had an unpleasant smell, and did not resemble the photos shown on the website. I raised these concerns with the receptionist, who agreed and kindly arranged for me to move to a different room. While the second room looked like the one advertised, I encountered the following issues during my stay:
1) The hotel did not provide sufficient hot water, and I was forced to take a cold shower despite the cold weather.
2) The water tank alarm began sounding at approximately 3 am for no reason, disturbing my sleep.
3) The bedsheets had a strong unpleasant odor, and I have allergies reaction and bug bites after sleeping on them for 1 night.
4) There was no water supply at all the following day for the kitchen sink, the toilet and the bathtub.
5) When I contacted the hotel regarding the sink issue, I was instructed by a staff member to use a cloth to dry the area beneath and around the sink myself, which there is no water on these areas. This is not a task that should reasonably be expected of a guest.

I requested for a refund for the second night since I booked the room for 2 nights and I didn't want to stay after the first night due to multiple issues with the accommodation. But my refund request was denied by the hotel provider.

Séjour correct, mais l'appartement ne répondait pas entièrement à la description sur Booking.
Pros:

Accès autonome facile. Appartement d'une propreté convenable. Endroit tranquille à ce moment de l'année.

Cons:

Pas de sac à vidange, pas de savon, pas de shampoing. Une des 3 chambres n'avait qu'un lit simple alors que les 3 chambres étaient supposées avoir des lits doubles.

Disappointing. Nobody suffered :-) but it wasn't the treat we expected.
Pros:

Convenient location, view nice. The ski tuning setup and the wash station in the garage were great.

Cons:

Huge broken (stinky inside) wine cooler took up most of the space in the kitchen. There was no cutlery drawer, and minimal cupboards because the broken wine fridge took all the useful area that should have been cupboards and drawers. The bathroom had a pocket door which did not stay shut. Knobs fell off the stove. The stove was so worn you could not tell which knob was for which element. The knob fell off in the shower. The cheesy mini Mini fridge positioned in the hall closet needed defrosting. It also froze our lettuce. The bed, a Murphy bed, had wide gap to the wall at the head end making it impractical to sit up and read. The fireplace remote was dead. A Loud grinding hammer drill noise from the next room disturbed us for part of one day.

It was great to be able to get easily on the lifts in the morning, and it was a very good location.
Pros:

Studio condo was very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Very convenient to be so close to the slopes. There was an excellent pizzeria next door. There was also EV charging available in the basement parking garage.

Cons:

Very inconvenient ski lockers in the basement level. Also very inconvenient to not be able to use the elevator to bring our skis up and down from the basement. It would be better to have the ski lockers on the ground floor or somewhere accessible directly from outside the building. We had very noisy neighbours in the room next door for one night. The spa and pool we had access to (about one km down the road in another building) is out-dated and not very attractive.

Rien qui n’a affecté notre séjour mais le plancher aurait pu être plus propre mais avec un bon coup de balai ça allait. Suite à une alarme pour changement de batterie du détecteur de fumée en pleine nuit, nous n’avons pas été en mesure de faire fonctionner le détecteur de fumée malgré d’autres batteries fourni par la réception.

The apartment was very nice but not at the resort; a car is a necessity.
Pros:

Excellent apartment.

Cons:

The advertisement for the apartment was misleading . Had I taken anything but a private car rental from Quebec, the trip would have been a disaster. Mapping on the rental representation “lit up” at the resort, not a Km down the road! Accessibility to a pool also not realistic.

Several issues made the stay disappointing overall.
Pros:

Great Location and the management staff onsite was very helpful and responsive.

Cons:

This condo seriously needs upgrades and better upkeep! It’s very old and outdated, which was immediately noticeable upon arrival. To be fair, the condo itself has potential. The layout is nice, and the balcony view is good. However, better upkeep and more attention to detail would significantly improve the experience. The dining chairs were very worn out and felt unstable. The beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The refrigerator was not working properly, which was extremely inconvenient during our stay.
To make matters worse, there were numerous ladybugs inside the unit for some reason, which was both odd and unpleasant. It added to the sense that the property is not being properly maintained.
Again, overall, several aspects of the unit felt outdated and neglected. With some basic improvements and attention to maintenance, this place could be much better. As it stands, it does not reflect a well-maintained or properly updated rental.
