The staffs are well accomodating and highly recommended this hotel to all my colleagues and friends.
Pros:

Tha location was near at the event we attended. The hotel staffs were accomodating and respectful. The cleanliness of the area are well maintained.

Cons:

Nothing I disliked.

Pros:

Big room and beds, and it was near the venue of my event.

Cons:

The check-in counter and dining staff should coordinate over who paid for breakfast. Upon arrival, I paid for the breakfast that I added on before my stay. On our last day, the dining staff rudely told us our room didn't have breakfast added to it. I told her I requested it as an add-on and already paid. She checked with the counter who told her there was no record of us paying. I had to get my receipt from our room in the 4th floor. It's hard to get over such inefficiency in a hotel.

Appreciate the courteous and friendly security, concierge, waitstaff! Everyone of them! r
Cons:

Addition of the following would be appreciated (1) a clock (2) a full length mirror (small mirror in a dark bathroom is not adequate esp if you are dressing for a function). These are 2 simple things, nonetheless essential even in a humble abode, that for a hotel room or any guest troom missing these would be disappointing.
