Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das gesamte Team war freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiterin Meral, die mir mit ihrer herzlichen Art und ihrem professionellen Service beeindruckt hat. Sie hat sich immer Zeit für meine Anliegen genommen und dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt haben.
Die Zimmer waren sauber. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für hervorragende Betreuung!

The staff were really friendly, accomodating & helpful. Made us feel very welcome and gave good advice on what to do and where to go. The location of the hotel is perfect, a prime location, 10 seconds away from market, few minutes away from marina and many restaurants.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff. Both our receptionist (the gentlemen at night during our check-in and the lady during the day) were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is sparkling. Breakfast was amazing: full Turkish breakfast open buffet style prepared by two lovely cook ladies right in front of us. What made the hotel memorable for me was how friendly and polite all staff were. Breakfast selection was yummy; as a Turk, I found everything I expected at a Turkish breakfast. Our room was comfy: we first got too hot at night but then asked them to remove the protective plastic cover under the bed sheets, which they kindly accommodated, and then everything was comfortable. The suite was spacious and nice, we could see the clock tower and the sea from our 5th floor window. The location is unbeatable: just a 5min walk from the Ismetpasa tram station, which allows you to access both the airport and the bus station (30 mins in opposite directions), and right in front of the historic/touristic sites at Kaleici and the sea front. We separately booked and did the Duden waterfall boat tour at the pier and that was also lovely.

What a lovely hotel, amazing decor, beautiful marble tiled floor - even the lift was golden. Very clean, comfy bed, very good breakfast and very friendly and helpful reception staff , Merla was very nice and helpful. Having 24 hour reception and cctv cameras helped me, as an older lone woman traveller, feel safe. Great location, a few minutes walk from Kaleiçi old town and the sea. Would def stay again.

The receptionist Meral was great! Lovely lady, very welcoming.

Příjemný a nápomocný personál hotelu. Úklid pokoje každý den. Doplněna i voda na pokoj. Poloha hotelu cca 20 minut autem z letiště a pár minut pěšky do Kaleiçi. Lobby hotelu a výtah vizuálně působí pozlacením luxusně.

Неделю отдыхали с сестрой в отеле. Понравилось, что в нём не курят - для нас это было важно! Отель чистый и уютный! Большое спасибо всему персоналу за хороший отдых и настроение: повару, горничным, молодым людям на ресепшен - все доброжелательные, отзывчивые, приветливые и очень милая девушка с красивым именем Meral.
