The hotel is in an excellent location. 5 mins from Paddington and across the road from Hyde Park and only a few minutes to Lancaster Gate station on the central line.
The room was really quiet and me and my daughter both slept really well. The breakfast is good value for money and the staff couldn’t be friendlier ☺️. It’s an excellent base for a short stay in London.

The rooms were too small, I couldn’t even open my suitcase. Also my sheets were not clean
Great location. Near to the underground. Comfy bed. Fluffy clean towels changed every day. Tea and coffee making facilities. Booked two days originally and then booked an extra night. The concierge sorted it out so that we stayed in the same room. We also got complimentary breakfast for the 3 days. Really enjoyed our stay !!! Would definitely come back. Great value for money. Also lovely and quiet for a relaxing stay.

Hotelul este excelent poziționat, în centru, lângă Hyde Parc, zona liniștită, cu acces foarte simplu în toate zonele de interes, personalul este foarte amabil, curățenia se face în fiecare zi, de-asemenea, se schimbă și prosoapele zi de zi, cel mai bun raport calitate preț!

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de cet hôtel, à proximité de Hyde Park et des transports en commun. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant, avec une mention spéciale pour le monsieur de la réception, particulièrement sympathique.
Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié. C’est déjà mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et, sans hésitation, j’y reviendrai lors d’un prochain séjour à Londres. Une très bonne adresse que je recommande !

L’aria condizionata aveva un problema (ogni due o tre minuti faceva un rumore fastidioso e non si riusciva a dormire). Ho dovuto spegnerla.
La ubicación es excepcional, al lado del Hyde Park y una parada de metro muy cerca. El personal esta muy atento y son muy amables. Relación calidad-precio esta muy bien. Tienes lo necesario en la habitación. El desayuno es bastante completo.
Lo único que echamos en falta fue que no había la típica nevera de mini bar.

Great hotel in a great spot. The service staff was amazing, super friendly and accommodating, and they made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Breakfast was really good every morning. The location right by Hyde Park was perfect for walking and biking everywhere, you're right in the middle of it all. All around an excellent experience.
Sicuramente la posizione e la gentile disponibilità di tutto lo staff. Buona soluzione per la colazione a buffet (difficile trovare un buon rapporto qualità prezzo in zona). Bagno in camera di buone dimensioni. Pulizia quotidiana della stanza. Ascensore, silenzio e quiete.
Non è un problema dell'hotel in se ma, come risaputo, gli spazi delle camere a Londra per questa fascia di prezzo sono un po' risicati. Accoglienti ma piccini.
