Over the next few weeks, scaffolding will be installed around the building as part of planned works. Work will take place between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Everything was fantastic at this hotel, the location was lovely, right beside the park, shops and restaurants close by, and public transport if the walk to the city centre was too much. Breakfast was nice. We had a twin room, wasnt huge but as we were only sleeping in it we couldnt fault it, the beds were so comfortable. The staff could not have done enough for us, Jasmine the receptionist/breakfast host was just amazing she was so helpful in every way! We had an issue with the TV and the man at the reception helped get it fixed straight away. Would definitely recommend and we are looking forward to staying here again! 😊

Location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Location I realized it's much closer to Paddington if you take one of the mews lane just a block or two away. The staff are accommodating. The breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from hot food ,fruit ,and cereal.

Cons:

Thin walls but still able to get a good night's sleep.

Top Hotel mit überaus freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern in sehr guter Lage!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend in der Nähe zum Bahnhof Paddington und auch zur Ubahn Linie Central. Hervorragendes hilfsbereites freundliches Personal! Danke für das kostenlose Zimmerupgrade!

Cons:

Kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass der Teppichboden mal gereinigt werden müsste oder besser noch entfernt wird.

Great location and comfortable, clean rooms.
Pros:

Room was nice and clean. I had booked the single which was smaller than expected but still comfortable. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. The room also had aircon which was amazing.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and our room was clean and comfortable. We didn't have any food so can't comment on that. The room is small but it didn't bother us at all it was ideal for getting ready before exploring. Air con was good in the London heat. We loved the 24 hour reception it was just so easy to come and go and again thank you to the lovely staff 😁

Cons:

You can hear through the walls a bit but again it wasn't an issue at all just something to note.
