Pros:

Siisti huone ja hyvä palvelu hotellissa . Hissi oli plussaa 🤗 Lähellä oli hyviä ravintoloita ja kauppoja.

Cons:

Huoneessa oli kuuma kun ulkona oli niin lämmin. Ilmalämpöpumppu puhalsi suoraan sängylle niin sitä ei voinut pitää auki koko aikaa.

Felt like home
Pros:

The warm welcome and service from the staff: 3 nights and felt very comfortable like home. No matter if it’s not a luxurious place, the smile and the sincere hospitality is the great asset of this hotel .

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in guter, ruhiger Lage mit freundlichem Service und bequemen Betten.
Pros:

Gute Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, das Bett bequem und mit vielen Kissen ausgestattet. Besonders freundlich war der Service an der Rezeption. Eine schöne Überraschung war, dass wir sogar Frühstück bekommen haben, obwohl es nicht in der Buchung enthalten war.

Cons:

Der Übernachtungspreis war recht hoch, was vermutlich an der Ferienzeit und unserer kurzfristigen Buchung lag.

Good location. Walking distance to two underground stations. And Hyde park and many other attractions in walking distance. Good breakfast. Elevator. Staff were friendly. Electric kettle in the room.

Cons:

The room was very small. Also no windows. And they don’t store baggage for you.

All in all a very satisfactory and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The staf were extremely friendly and helpful. The room and beds were very comfortable but rather small. It was clean and tidy and overall very pleasant.

Cons:

Our only downside was breakfast . It was cold. The hot plate was well stocked, but the kitchen staff had not switched it on

Pros:

Superbly located, clean, modest hotel with decent facilities.
Responsive staff. Aircon was making a sound and they fixed it in a day.

Cons:

Looks better in photos, breakfast can be better.

Close to Hyde Park, great walks into Marble Arch and Oxford street and also a 5 minute walk to underground station

Useful. Clean. Friendly. Great location.
Pros:

Good solid 3 star hotel. Good shower pressure and hot water. Comfortable bed. Excellent AC so you could close the windows against noise. Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Very little drawer/shelf space. Very small table area. Shower gel difficult to squeeze out one handed (it was fixed vertically) - bought soap. Craven Terrace very noisy early every morning at 4.50am with builders loading up a lorry. Coffee cups and kettle area not always fully cleaned every day.
