Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. The onsite bar is currently closed, however, there are two pubs nearby.

Over the next few weeks, scaffolding will be installed around the building as part of planned works. Work will take place between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Os funcionários são muito solícitos, o hotel tem bom ponto, ao lado do Hyde Park e com bons pubs na redondeza. Destaco o The Mitre, que fica bem na frente do hotel. Há uma jarra com chás e cafés para os hóspedes dentro do quarto. O café da manhã é muito bom e tem preço acessível para Londres.

Cons:

O hotel precisa passar por uma reforma, as instalações ainda são um pouco antigas. Todo ele é revestido de carpete, o que para mim é um problema porque sofro de asma e a poeira é inevitável. Não há frigobar no quarto, prática muito comum no Brasil. Mas o custo-beneficio compensa, principalmente para quem não tem alergia devido ao carpete existente, inclusive nos quartos. Em síntese, recomendo a estadia.

Pros:

Ubicacion buena, cinco minutos de estacion Paddington o Lancaster.
No ruido en la noche. Restsurantes y cafeterias alrededor. Plus cafetera y te.

Cons:

Baño los dispensadores de jabon no funcionaban. Dotacion minima.
Tapete sucio desde la entrada.

Staff stupendo, perfetto per un soggiorno breve
Pros:

E' stato perfetto per andare al BST Hyde Park Festival. Lo staff molto carino, mi hanno davvero aiutata e fatto sentire ascoltata. La camera era perfetta per quanto era costata.

Cons:

Gli spazi sono un po' stretti ma per un soggiorno breve erano perfetti. La camera era al piano terra quindi i rumori della strada erano piuttosto forti, ma nulla di intollerabile.

If you’re looking for value for money on a clean hotel, stay here
Pros:

The property was clean inside and only a 2 minute walk away from Hyde Park and close to the tube too. I can’t actually fault the property, the issue I had with the safe was sorted out within the hour, clean bed and towels.
