Neat and clean rooms
Good service
This is a great property located in a very convenient spot, close to all the main places to visit. Even though it’s on a hilltop, getting around wasn’t a problem at all.
The best part about this resort is the lush green lounge area. Instead of stepping straight out onto the road, you’re welcomed by greenery, which makes the whole vibe so peaceful. There’s also a play area for children, and you get a beautiful view of the river from the property — that was a huge plus for me.
The staff deserves a special mention. They are extremely hospitable, cooperative, and go above and beyond for every request. From the front desk to the kitchen, everyone was very helpful and courteous. I also really appreciated that they provided free accommodation for my driver with no extra charges.
I genuinely liked the stay and would definitely stay with them again in the future.
A couple of things could use improvement. The food quality, especially breakfast, could be better with more variety. It felt like the same breakfast repeated every day, which seems to be common in hotels in Swat these days.
The washroom amenities on the 2nd and 3rd floors also felt a bit outdated and could use some renovation/upgrades.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with great location, views, and service. Highly recommended if you want greenery, river views, and a family-friendly place.

They ask for more money and told me they have only one room, even my booking was confirmed for two rooms

Everything was awesome . The family room was huge. The kids bedroom was separated by a door from the parents room which was the cherry on top. Hot water was available 24hrs . I along with my family really enjoyed our stay.
There were a few flies in the room other than that no complaints.

My rooms TV wasn't working which wasn't very important for me but thats the only thing I could point out. Also they should add a sofa to sit on in the suite. As the suite is designed for 4-5 persons only two chairs are not enough.
