Harga penginapan dan kemudahan yang disediakan amat berpatutan. staff hotel yang sangat ramah Dan sentiasa membantu sesuatu . Waktu daftar masuk / daftar keluar sangat cepat kerana menggunakan mesin..sangat canggih

Cons:

Lantai bilik air yang sangat licin..amat merbahaya pada kanak2 Dan juga warga emas. Diharap pihak pengurusan memandang serius perkara in untuk mengelakkan sebarang kemalangan berlaku.

Kakitangan hotel baik, peramah dan memberikan servis yang terbaik.

Cons:

Sepatutnya diberikan bilik yang sepatutnya seperti dalam tempahan (confirmed) iaitu 2bilik (family studio + 2single bed room) . Bayaran telah dijelaskan sebelum hari ketibaan. Missing satu tempahan bilik (family studio).tiada dalam sistem hotel. Bilik tu dah diberikan pada walk-in guest. So sistem booking.com & sistem reservation hotel perlulah selari. Pastikan ianya tidak menyusahkan tetamu hotel pada hari kejadian. Tak pasal2 terpaksa menunggu bilik lain untuk disiapkan.

Staff malay boy shift malam pukul 10 lebih (18/4) main game depan kaunter, saya nak ambik kunci pun kena tunggu dia letak fon tepi. sambil2 buat proses ambik kunci pun dia mencarut dalam game tuh tengah on speaker dengan kawan dalam fon. TAKDE STAFF LAIN DAH KE?? NI KE CUSTOMER SERVICE GM HOTEL? TERUK DOHHHH. Bilik 2003 kotor gila nampak sangat staff tak bersih dengan baik. Aircond pun semua habuk dalam tuh sampai tak rase angin weh. teruk GM hotel nih dahla harga rm85+. Kalau standard harga ni dekat kl berlambak hotel cantik2 tak mintak pun nak canggih mano atleast kebersihan tuh kena jaga lah. Ni tak masuk2 bilik dah asyik bersin. And then, bilik mandi air sumbat pulak takde rambut takde pape pun bole sumbat. AKU TAK FAHAMMM.
