Sehr gute Option unweit des touristischen Zentrums
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut mit dem Taxi zu erreichen und bietet eine gute aber ruhige Lage zum Labi Hauz, dem touristischen Zentrum der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und relativ groß. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorrragend und bietet eine große Auswahl. Es sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und gute Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Unser Tipp: BELLA ITALIA, wenn es doch mal zwischendurch eine Pizza sein darf. Zudem das DONUTS & COFFEE für feinsten Cappuccino und leckere Kuchenauswahl in unmittelbarer Nähe des Labi Hauz.

Cons:

Die Wasserpumpe war defekt und machte eine Nacht einen riesigen Lärm. Das Hotelmanagement konnte das Problem jedoch mit einem Mechaniker am Folgetag lösen. Man ist wirklich sehr bemüht, die Gäste in jeder Hinsicht zufrieden zu stellen.

Camera SENZA FINESTRA e con PUZZA DI FUMO insopportabile....la soluzione dell'Hotel? Spruzzino!

All'arrivo la camera non era pronta nonostante fossimo in orario da check-in, ma non lo reputiamo un problema, lasciamo i bagagli e cominciamo a visitare la città. Al rientro l'amara sorpresa, ci assegnano una camera SENZA FINESTRA o altra possibilità di areazione, con bagno cieco e una PUZZA DI FUMO davvero insopportabile, nonostante avessimo una prenotazione con camera non fumatori e terrazza. L'assistente serale trova come unica soluzione darci uno spruzzino per profumare l'ambiente!!! DOPO proteste e insistenza, assistenza da parte di booking INESISTENTE, otteniamo per la notte successiva di essere spostate in una camera che aveva almeno una finestra. Altra odissea al momento del pagamento, asserivano che il POS fosse rotto e dovessimo obbligatoriamente pagare in contanti, senza neanche scusarsi per le condizioni della sistemazione della prima notte. DECISAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO!

Pros:

És un hotel molt ben situat i molt net. La segona nit vàrem haver de marxar a les 5 del matí i ens van preparar esmorzar pel tren.

Cons:

La recepció de l'hotel és molt maca però tenen poca cura amb la presentació. A vegades no hi són i altres hi ha gent que no són hostes.

Pros:

Hervorragendes Hotel.
Sehr freundliches Personal. Hilfbereit und zuvorkommend.
Die Zimmer sind fantastisch. Große und saubere Zimmer.
Der Preis für eine Nacht lag bei ungefähr 38 Euro inklusive Frühstück.
Wer eine saubere und komfortable Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt.

Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden

Excellent location
Pros:

Location is very good, room size is decent.

Cons:

No backup generator, power outage for couple of hours during the stay and no water during power outage.

Ottima scelta per il soggiorno a Bukhara
Pros:

Struttura a 2 passi dal centro, nuova e ben pulita, staff gentilissimo.

Cons:

La colazione era un po povera e una mattina mezz ora prima della chiusura per la colazione abbiamo trovato la porta chiusa, siamo entrati ed era praticamente tutto vuoto. In ogni caso ci hanno preparato qualcosa lo stesso.
Condizionatore non funzionava bene.

Pros:

立地がとても良く、観光中心地のタキやカラーン・モスク周辺まで徒歩10分弱で行ける。お部屋がとても清潔。お湯もしっかり出る。冷蔵庫もあるので便利。
そして何よりもスタッフの方がとても感じの良い方です！！親切だけれど馴れ馴れしいわけでもなく、本当に良い人でした。
今回のウズベキスタン旅行で4箇所のホテルに泊まりましたが、ここが一番良かったです！

In centro, vicina a molti caffè, ristoranti e market. Pulitissima e arredata in stile. Lo staff premuroso per ogni cosa, c’è un distributore d acqua nella hall e si puo acquistare a tutte le ore. Siamo andati via di notte e ci hanno preparato un launch box.

Cons:

La colazione offre poche alternative internazionali, ma nel complesso è buona.

Perfect.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, very clean and well maintained. The attention to the details is great. The staff is very nice and willing to make us feel good at all times. We thank, in special, Azim for everything thing he’s done to help us and be sure we were comfortable and happy! Our stay at the hotel wouldn’t be the same without Azim’s help! Thank you!
