Pros:

The breakfast was very good. It was clean.

Cons:

No frills in the room. Limited towels& products. Day staff was good, but the night staff could use some customer training. The snack store was small, so I looked on the other side because I saw glass cases and was looking for more options, and they yelled and screamed at me. I was embarassed and felt like they thought I was a criminal. There are not many options nearby for food and sundries.

Great hotel except for the sound proofing issue :)
Pros:

The room, bed, bathroom, water pressure were all excellent. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The walls were paper thin- and normally it wouldn’t matter but the people near us had a yapping dog that barked ALL NIGHT. Even with earplugs in, it kept waking us up. They should really have a section of rooms for people with dogs so the rest of us don’t have to hear constant barking.

We stayed overnight to go to a doctor's appointment the next morning. It snowed all night and day.
Pros:

We had the coffee, nothing else from the breakfast I was surprised it was so good.
The bathroom was very nice. I liked the shower a lot. The room was clean; everything was so new.

Cons:

One of the pillows was lumpy, so it ended up on the floor.
