Pros:

The property is in a good location and the rooms are generally clean and well presented. The pool was clean and the staff were helpful when needed.

Cons:

The hotel advertises WiFi. My first room did not connect to the WiFi or it was really poor signal that it constantly disconnected after a single click. I then changed rooms, it was slightly better but was still dropping in and out. I also asked for my room to be cleaned and they didn't really do anything. They didn't replace or refit the sheets and didn't provide me clean towels. The breakfast was not very impressive and quite basic. On my last night I was woken at around 1am by a group of people chanting and banging drums around the hotel and lobby. I was surprised that security allowed this to happen knowing there are guests in the hotel. It was only when I went to reception to complain that something was done.

Pros:

La struttura dell'hotel è molto bella, e la posizione è perfetta: posta tra la spiaggia e la via dello shopping. E anche sufficientemente vicina al centro di Durazzo in auto, autobus o taxi. Il bagno e le camere sono spaziosi. Inoltre tutte le stanze sono dotate di un utile balconcino. La piscina è sufficientemente grande per nuotare ed è rinfrescante nelle calde giornate d'estate. È comodo che la reception fornisca teli puliti per la spiaggia tutte le mattine, inoltre si può usufruire di ombrellone e sdraio, compresi nel prezzo. Il personale, pur non parlando italiano, è sempre molto gentile e cerca di risolvere ogni problema gli venga presentato. La colazione è abbondante, e sono sempre presenti uova, frutta ed ortaggi freschi. I cocktail in spiaggia sono ben preparati. Un elogio particolare al manutentore che ci ha sincronizzato i canali della TV, sostituito la lampadina e riparato la maniglia del bagno rapidissimamente.

Cons:

Purtroppo le stanze, seppure pulite quotidianamente e con molta buona volontà, venivano rifatte in maniera piuttosto sommaria ed approssimativa, con parecchi piccoli errori che si sarebbero potuti evitare con un po' più di attenzione. Alcuni elementi della colazione, in particolare la caffetteria ed i drink, che venivano erogati dalle macchinette, non incontravano il mio gusto. Sarebbe stato comodo trovare uno stendino per stendere i costumi ad asciugare.

My stay was alright expectiallly the weather and the location was ok. The receptionist were great and helpful.

The hotel was very dirty and the menu was too basic and same. They separated myself and kids into different floors of the building. The hotels air conditioned is bad and WiFi was very poor

Pros:

Pobyt w hotelu bardzo w porządku, sprzątany pokój codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane.Sniadania bardzo dobre, choć po tygodniu mogły się już troszkę znudzić, obsługa też robiła co mogła, żeby wszystkich zadowolić. Bliskość plaży też była dodatkowym atutem.Polecam:)

Cons:

Byliśmy na 6 piętrze, strasznie było ciepło w łazience, brak rolet.Na innych piętach były oraz brak suszarek na balkonach.Reczniki i stroje kąpielowe suszone były na krzesłach lub poręczy balkonu.

Pros:

Posizione della struttura vicino al mare, camera ampia e nuova, colazione buona.

Cons:

Piscina un po' datata e non pulitissima, circondata da palazzoni, pochi lettini, palestra -se pur ben equipaggiata- sporca (bicchieri usati, cartaccia, briciole) e non visionata (bambini piccoli scorrazzavano indisturbati all'interno della palestra tutti bagnati perché usciti dalla piscina, rischiando anche di farsi male) e soprattutto letto in camera pieno di sabbia (hanno comunque cambiato immediatamente le lenzuola), porta finestra rotta.
