I had an exceptional stay at W Prague. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Prague, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the main attractions, restaurants, and historic landmarks on foot.

A special thank you to Albert and Dani for their outstanding service and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, always greeting guests warmly and ensuring every detail was taken care of. Their professionalism and kindness truly reflect the high standards of the hotel.

Exceptional hotel & friendly staff
Pros:

Everything was great! The location, the restaurants in the hotel and the staff was friendly and exceptional. A couple of them remembered my name and I was impressed.

Cons:

I decided to stay at the W because I wanted to experience the rooftop but it was closed for a private function. It would have been nice to know in advance.

Absolutely A1 from all the team at the W , a fantastic historic facility
Pros:

A fantastic property , retaining the history alongside modern facilities. The W insider team went far beyond our expectations with a great surprise planned for us which was very appreciated for our Occassion and not expected. The spa was fantastic with staff very helpful and made the hotel a relaxing atmosphere to escape the pressures of life as well as the hustle and bustle of Prague. Food was excellent alongside the drinks service. Although the hotel is on the pricier side , the value is built in for the attention to detail and personal service. Even a mix up in the restaurant was handled with the very highest of professionalism

Thank you to all , we look look forward to the next trip

Cons:

Slightly disappointing on checkout day to find the lounge and bistro closed for a private event but the rooftop bar was opened to help. Rooms a little on the small side but this is to be expected if they are to retain the historic feel of the original building

Beautiful stay in a spectacular city.
Pros:

The property was immaculate. Well equipped, lovely common areas, beautifully finished. Above all else the staff are AMAZING. From front of house to the housekeeping staff their attention to the tiny details was above and beyond my expectation. Nothing is a problem, everything is possible and they make you feel at home. Marvellous 💪🏼
