Большая чистая комната.

Cons:

Шумно по утрам, стройка
Я не смотрел цену в букинге и спросил у хозяйки сколько должен заплатить. Она посмотрела букинг на своём телефоне и сказала сумму на 30.000 больше, чем должно быть.
Затем я проверил актуальную цену, но промолчал.
1$, не та цена, ради которой стоит недоговаривать об этом гостю

Pros:

The Owner is awesome and very helpful!

Cons:

The Owner seems to just be getting this homestay organized! Has coffee cups but no kettles for hot water and no micro refrigerator! Hopefully this is constructive criticism the Owner will act on as she is trying to get this homestay up and running! Also, please add the full address to the location! It's 17/? And needs to be found down 2 alleys to find it!

Qúa là oki luôn
Pros:

Phòng ngủ rộng, ga giường màu nhưng sạch sẽ, phòng tắm và nhà vệ sinh sạch sẽ, có dầu gội và sữa tắm thơm tho lắm nhen, chị chủ home vô cùng nhiệt tình và tốt tính lun, tụi mình ở home rất thoải mái lun. Phòng ngủ có ban công thoáng, nhưng vì home trong hẻm nhỏ nên hong có view gì nhiều nhưng mà không quá quan trọng. Nếu có lần sau đến Quy Nhơn mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại home nè

Cons:

Vì là homestay có lầu, không có thang máy, nếu các bạn là nữ thì nên chú ý note trước cho chủ home biết hoặc mang đồ nhẹ thui nhe, nếu ở lầu cao thì sẽ hong mang vali nặng nổi nè.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un super séjour, l'accueil est top l'hôte parle très bien anglais et nous a trouvé un scooter à louer. Elle répond à toutes nos demandes. Et la chambre est incroyable !! Récente, propre et le lit tellement confortable, le plus confortable que nous ayons eu. En plus la nuit est très calme et le logement est très bien situé (proche de la plage, du centre et la rue est remplie de street food :) )
C'est agréable de trouver des petits homestays si bien entretenu, et accueillant.
Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Merci

Lovely homestay and host
Pros:

May was the sweetest and helped me with my bus pickup and gave me activity suggestions too! The room was very clean and modern. The location is also great and just under 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Pros:

Le logement était parfait, proches de restaurants et de la plage. Les chambres sont récentes et confortables. Il est situé dans une petite rue très calme ce qui est très très appréciable. La propriétaire est vraiment adorable, toujours disponible et très réactive. Merci encore pour l'accueil, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour ici.

Pros:

Good location close to everything, the nicest and best host super helpful and caring. Very clean room and nice bed.

Excellent place to stay!
Pros:

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Ca House. Quiet location, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great local restaurants. The room was spacious, recently renovated, and had a very clean and modern bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and helpful — she gave us excellent food recommendations and even helped me find an English-speaking dentist. Great value for the price. We would absolutely stay here again!

I would recommend this place!
Pros:

Cà house is perfect! The position is good because it's close to the seaside and the food walking street.
The owner is the real gem of this place : she is very kind and helpful, always ready to answer your questions and find you anything you need (motorbikes, laundry, taxi,...).
Exceptional value for money .

Cons:

Unfortunately the street is a little bit of dirty, but the place is clean and comfortable.

Best place eeevvveerrrr!!!
Pros:

Such a cool location loads of local street food. The owner was super nice and the rooms were perfect, let in lots of light, clean bathroom and room. Very happy with our stay
