Pros:

Lovely place, super friendly and helpful stuff - set up all arrangements from trips/transfers/restaurants etc getting you best prices and service.
Small attention to details, free drinks at the minibar, good breakfast.
All above making you feel very welcome.
All rooms are just like on the pics and we'll maintained.
Very much recommend

Pros:

The room was cool, breakfast was excellent and the lady in charge of it was super nice, they also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine.

Cons:

Communication lack, I expected more support from the hotel to make sure I was not going to pay extra, they were supposed to arrange an airport pickup for us, we had to take a taxi (at least we got breakfast the day of arrival which was not supposed to be included and got an “early checkin”), we were charged extra for the balloons ride in the hotel (130) but the balloons company charged 80, hotel should be a partner who helps their guests. The extra money we paid was then returned, according to the hotel is because the prices changes every hour, but in the balloons website they have a fixed price.

Service excellent remplit de pleins d’intentions.
Pros:

Le logement était parfait, typique de la région.
Si je dois retenir trois choses, c’est :
1/ le petit déjeuner - exceptionnel
2/ la propreté des communs et de la chambre
3/ le service irréprochable de toutes les personnes travaillant dans cet hôtel.

Unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt und unfassbar schöne Suite mit Hamam.

Ein Traum in Kappadokien
Pros:

Das Personal war in jeder Hinsicht freundlich und aufmerksam. So sollte Gastfreundschaft in einem Hotel aussehen.

Das Zimmer mit eigenem Jacuzzi war traumhaft.

Die Lage war etwas abseits der Hauptattraktionen, aber immernoch nahe genug, um für alle Touren abgeholt zu werden.

Cons:

Es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen, was wohl das erste Mal in meinem Leben in einem Hotel war
