Unethical - downgraded despite full payment made
Pros:

All of the scores here is based on one and one reason only - my booking was downgraded despite making full payment ahead of arrival.

Cons:

At 11pm check in, I will never think anyone would consider downgrading my booking all in the name of 'overbooked', and yet here I was. There's no refunds, there's no option for upgrades or credit return - just plain short-handed. Sleek move by the host I must say. But very unethical.

A személyzet bunkó volt, koszos volt a szoba, az egyik takarító direkt végig nyomta a lift összes szintjét mielőtt kiszállt hogy véletlenül se tudjunk gyorsan felerni a szobába.
