I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Heaven in Saranda and enjoyed every moment. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the city and the beach. The breakfast was delicious, and the view from the terrace made it even more enjoyable.

What truly made the experience special was the hospitality. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Saranda!

Everything fabulous. I always chose Saranda because of the New Heaven Hotel. I came here only to enjoy my Beeakfast at the terrace on the 5'th floor. A spectacular view and relaxing atmosphere like you are already at the real Heaven. Family run business you feel like you're home. Very welcoming and friendly people. Very clean spacious and comfortable rooms and beds. I highly recommend

L’Hotel New Heaven di Saranda si è rivelato una scelta assolutamente azzeccata, e lo consiglierei senza esitazione a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza di vacanza completa e indimenticabile.
La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: nel cuore di Saranda, con accesso facile a tutto ciò che la città ha da offrire, tra mare cristallino, ristoranti e vita notturna.
Le camere sono curate nei minimi dettagli, pulite e ordinate in modo impeccabile. Ma il vero punto di forza? La vista sul mare. Svegliarsi ogni mattina con quel panorama davanti agli occhi è qualcosa che difficilmente si dimentica.
Il personale merita un capitolo a parte: sempre presente, sorridente e straordinariamente disponibile. Si percepisce un’attenzione genuina verso gli ospiti, con quella cordialità che fa sentire davvero a casa.
La colazione è stata ogni giorno una piacevole sorpresa: ricca, varia, fresca e preparata con cura. Il modo migliore per iniziare una giornata al sole di Saranda.
Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie a tutto lo staff dell’Hotel New Heaven per aver reso questo soggiorno così speciale!

Great hotel like the name itself 😃👍🏼
Pros:

The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the seafront and very short distance of Saranda’s center.
Nice restaurants and bars nearby.
Less then 15-minute drive to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Butrint and the beautiful beaches of Ksamil. Friendly staff who showed me where free on-site parking was located.
Very clean and comfortable beds.
Breakfast was included and lots to choose what to eat😃. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Planning to be back again in June.

I couldn’t book last time I was in Saranda because the hotel was undergoing renovations, and wow, the refurbishment is stunning. The new look is modern, elegant, and incredibly welcoming.
The staff here are, as always, exceptionally friendly and helpful – they truly make you feel at home.
Rooms are spacious with super comfortable beds that guarantee a perfect night’s sleep.
And breakfast? Still outstanding. My favorite part is enjoying it on the lovely terrace with that magical panoramic view over Saranda Bay. Very clean, Pure bliss. Highly recommend

Wonderful stay

Prima hotel. Prima kwaliteit voor die prijs. Voor de derde keer in Saranda en de derde keer hier. Dicht bij de boulevard. Mooi terras op de bovenste verdieping.

Genieten!
Pros:

Het uitzicht over de baai, heerlijke bedden, rust en reinheid, het kakelverse ontbijt, goede koffie, gratis parkeren op eigen terrein en vriendelijk personeel. Alles op loopafstand van dit prachtige hotel (zie foto’s). Het was allemaal boven verwachting!! Mijn man en ik komen graag terug!

Uitstekende accommodatie, absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar!
Pros:

Locatie is super, uitzicht van uit het restaurant en ontbijt zijn geweldig. Absoluut een dikke aanrader!
Personeel is erg vriendelijk, we hebben genoten! We komen heel graag terug
