Pros:

Frühstück super Angebot aber beginnt erst ab 8.00 Uhr muss man als Geschäftsreisender bedenken . Spa auch super ist zwar voll mit Tagesgästen aber groß und auf zwei Etagen mit Aussenanlage damit verläuft es sich gut , Personal super freundlich

Cons:

Angebot im Restaurant übersichtlich , und das in einem Restaurant und auch beim Frühstück Gäste im Bademantel erscheinen ist schon ziemlich gewöhnungsbedürftig

Das Vabali Hotel und Spa ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort für eine entspannte Auszeit. Ein Bad in der Badewanne war einer der schönsten Momente während meines Aufenthalts. Ich habe meine entspannende Playlist gehört und ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig, denn es gab viele verschiedene Optionen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Zum Beispiel haben sie alle meine Fragen beantwortet.

Der Spabereich war sehr groß und hatte verschiedene Saunen. Besonders gut hat mir die Ruhe gefallen, weil ich mich völlig entspannen konnte. Obwohl es viele Leute gab, war die Atmosphäre sehr ruhig. Die Saunen hatten verschiedene Temperaturen. Meine Lieblingssauna war eine der heißesten Saunen.

Nach der Sauna konnte ich mich in einem kalten Becken abkühlen. Am Anfang war das Wasser zu kalt für mich, aber danach fühlte ich mich sehr entspannt. Obwohl das Wasser sehr kalt war, würde ich diese Erfahrung wiederholen.

Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Vabali eine positive Erfahrung. Ich würde auf jeden Fall zurückkommen. Ich würde das Vabali besonders Menschen empfehlen, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

Beware - NUDE spa NOT INCLUDED in room proce

The design was pretty nice.

Cons:

The spa is "textile-free" which means 'nude'. They do not inform you of this on booking.com prior to booking and excuse themselves with "Booking.com does not let us share this info but you got it all in your confirmation email, so do not complain." This I find to be utter nonsense. There are many ways to make this info known to the customer on Booking.com (for example, having it in the name of the establishment, as additional info when booking a room, and so on.). Besides, I booked on the same day, so cancelling would not even have been possible.

Even on their official site, this info is only found in one place and only in case you already know to look for it.

So this is clearly stategic. More bookings, less customers to take care of, except for the complaints. But the latter is for sure a regular thing.

Blaming the customer for their sneaky ways is just obnoxious and awful customer service. In addition, they advertise themselves openly as a "spa hotel", yet fail to clearly note that when booking a room, the spa is not even included and cost 50 euros per day which is pretty outrageous on top of the already-too-high price for a very average hotel. Go and look around on Booking.com – other establishments can clearly note next to the room type "spa for additional fee / spa included" etc. They somehow can not.

I contacted Booking.com to notify them. Booking ended up apologising om their behalf and giving me some credit and let me know that they failed to receive any response at all from Vabali.

Frühstück war gut, sehr vielseitig, es wurde an jeden gedacht.
Speisekarte im SPA eingeschränkt, vornehmlich asiatisch, aber schmackhaft. Im Restaurantbereich war das
Servicepersonal höflich und sehr nett.
Spa-Bereich ansprechend und groß. Unsere
Zimmergröße war gut. Waschbecken direkt im Zimmer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Schöne begehbare Dusche, WC separat, offener Schrank für Unterbringung der Kleidung lediglich vorhanden, links kleine Fächer und Kleiderstange zum Aufhängen.

Cons:

Obwohl Hotelgäste, wurde der Aufenthalt im Saunabereich mit 50 Euro pro Person pro Tag extra berechnet. Das Wechseln der Handtücher wurde auch zusätzlich berechnet.
Zimmer 204 unserer Freunde hatte zum Unterbringen der Kleidung lediglich eine Hutablage mit Haken, darunter Kofferablage. Sonst keine Möglichkeit seine Kleidung adäquat unterzubringen, also keinen Kleiderschrank oder wenigstens Regalfächer zum Ablegen.

Great for a romantic getaway!
Pros:

Vabali is amazing, a very romantic location for couples. The room was beautiful with lots of great amenities and our balcony felt secluded. The spa is definitely best enjoyed at nighttime. Food and drink all excellent, along with very friendly and attentive staff

Cons:

The spa price should be included in the room price, it is quite expensive to pay each day of your stay to use the spa facilities
