Cons:

We booked the room but they said they are already sold out and have no rooms. And this was frustrating and we had to find another room for our stay.
They all were doing the same - listed the property but denied the booking and said no room is available - then asked for extra money more than listed on the website.

Decent and comfortable stay
Pros:

Rooms with balcony have a good view and sunlight. since its new it is clean. area is quiet and approachable to plenty of cafes, yoga classes etc. they have options for long stay. I continued after 3 nights for another 10 days.

Cons:

Nothing much. Everything was good.

Cons:

This was a very newly open and under construction property, And There was no staff to attend ,no food facilities and very high in amount. And two guys are starting this property behaviour very pathetic. At the time of check out they remind too much time.

Pros:

Staff is too good and helpfull but that time property new and just open that's why lifts not working. New property and very clean.
