El personal, todos muy amistosos y atentos. Habitación amplia, limpia (lo cual es un milagro en Jaffna) y camas cómodas. Buena ubicación.
El precio está por encima de lo que debería... hay mil imperfecciones que, aunque no son dramáticas, son demasiadas (algunas sí son dramáticas, casi se arranca de la pared la puerta del balcón solamente por intentar abrirla). Se sale el agua por aquí... se cae el toallero por allá... los acabados descuidados... la farola de la calle justo en la ventana... el ruido... El resto del hotel estaba sucio y hecho polvo.

Throughout 2 nights.. room was not cleaned. We did not have clean towels nor water daily and we had to keep asking. Staffs were friendly though
Overall had a good experience. Location was ideal. Facilities were good and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient and food tasted really good.

I spent 5 nights here and I was feeling very safe (solo traveller). The hotel is near the city center and all sights in Jaffna were within walking distance. The surroundings were not clean but the room was very clean and everything was functioning very well. The room has a small fridge and this was really appreciated in such hot weather. The staff was kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

The building maintenance. More like haunted (the environment), lonely and empty.
No proper lightings. My room smelled like it was not occupied for sometime.
I didn't see any adults working at front desk or room service. All young boys who needs support from experienced adults. But I have no complains about the boys. They were very helpful at their level.

Location good, 400 meters from train station some good restaurants near by, front desk guy english is good and a good young guy (name unknown)
The smell when you walk up is undeniable gross the damn restaurant cleans out there barrels right near the door entrance of the hotel, which is unacceptable but to them this is normal, if possible use the restaurant entrance to access the hotel.
Otherwise a great hotel!! Smell is bad once again!!! I hope management sees this post and cleans that up

Although the room was good the surrounding area are bit unclean balcony ans entrance area like wise. We stay for two days second day room service was not happened as expected .
