Nothing really
The room, beds are horrible, very low maintenance in the room and hotel area.
One night stay. Hotel is a series of blocks with apartment rooms. Views were delightful, but not unspoilt. The staff though were absolutely wonderful.
Carrying large luggage up 3 flights to the room. The typical hotel euro-breakfast.
The hotel is situated in front of an extensive safe sandy beach that generally is calm in the morning to early afternoon hours. It operates a beach bar that offers a few choices for lunch and snacking, and has a swimming pool that is mostly shallow and geared for children. A lifeguard is on duty.
The hotel offers full boarding but we only chose the breakfast. It was of decent quality with a few options. Items were fresh and we did not get bored of it in 4 mornings. The breakfast area was open and nice.
We had two rooms. The room in the main building was spacious and clewnes daily. We had a very thoughtful fruit basket and wine as welcome. The staff were fantastic.
The second room in the outbuilding was spacious as well. It had partial sea view from the balcony. It was cleaned daily.
The swimming pool was cleaned daily. A lifeguard was on duty.
One thing of note: we had some plumbing issues (dripping aircon), which were fixed on the same day.
The sunbeds in the sea are free for all. They are taken up by locals - everyone can access the beach and the pool. The hotel has income from the beach bar.
This mean as a hotel guest you need to go early and claim a sunbed. We did this and always had good spots. A suggestion for the hotel: reserve a few sunbeds for your guests, until 11:00 - then release.
As said, cleaning was good - but not under the beds. This should also be an easy fix.
A bit more pricey that it should. It was the peak season but still, it should have been more cost effective.

זה לא מלון 4 כוכבים! זה אולי שלושה.. מזכיר יותר חדרי אירוח. ארוחת הבוקר מאוד דלה והחדרים די מיושנים.
זמן הנסיעה לקלמטה הוא 25 דקות +- ולא 10-15 כמו שמצוין אז מי שללא רכב מומלץ לחפש מקום יותר מרכזי כי המלון די מבודד ורחוק.
A perfectly adequate stay in order to get to the airport the next morning. Staff are lovely, very good breakfast.
Pool area and beach could be cleaner. Many ants in the room!

Ήταν όλα χάλια για να σου φτιάξω ένα καφέ δεν σε υπολογίζανε και δεν ξέρουν να φτιάχνουν καφέδες ο καφές ήτανε νερό σκέτο μπαρ ήτανε πολύ χάλια δεν υπήρχε τίποτα καλό και σωστό !!!
